Verse 1
Behold, the serene earth, while God for His testimony Is burning in His heart; how anxious He has been! Brothers, sisters, should we care for ourselves only And still in comfort live, thus left behind the scene?

The Lord has promised us, at Jerusalem He would call And abide with us still, and bring prosperity. My own city, shall like a village without walls. Full of inhabitants, scarcely a room there'll be.
Verse 4
His work God has begun, through circumstances He effects A quake among nations to lift our heads up high. And we declare: The world and universe so decked, They belong to the Lord; Satan can't occupy.
Verse 5
We have the word of God, it's not our might that we depend, Not our own pow'r rely, but the Spirit of God. O great mountain, " Don't scare us with your false pretense, For who art thou to boast, but soon we'll find you not."
Verse 6
The searching seven eyes, when plummets in our hands they saw, How joyful God will be; other things He won't mind. Glory, glory, with this foundation laid below, The temple shall be built, and in our hands shall find!
