Bill McLeod emphasizes that true spiritual satisfaction and revival come only when the Holy Spirit actively moves among believers, transforming communities and bringing many to Christ.
This sermon emphasizes the transformative power of the Holy Spirit in bringing about revival and leading communities to God. It highlights the difference between regular conversions and true revival, where an overwhelming number of people find Christ in a short period, surpassing years of previous efforts.

We were never satisfied—listen carefully—until the Holy Ghost came and took the work out of our hands and made the whole community aware of God. Then hundreds found Christ. This is something we need, I think, all the time.
There may be people being converted. There was in my church in Saskatoon, there's a period of time when every week you'd have one or two find Christ, but it was not revival. And after revival came, we often heard pastors and others say, we had more happen in one week than have happened in eighteen years.
We heard them say in Bible colleges, more happened in one meeting than had happened in their history.
