America should be in mourning, and our churches should be draped with black cloth, because a death has occurred, the death of the preacher man. Hell fills by the hour for lack of preachers. The Apostle Paul states in Romans, how then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? In 21st century Christianity, preaching has been replaced by teaching.

We have Bible teachers in our pulpits, but a preacher in the pulpit is as rare today as Bigfoot. The death of the preacher man should be the title of a country song, because the preacher is as American as God and country and mama and apple pie. Gone is public preaching against sin and immorality.

Gone is the preacher who will stand behind a pulpit to denounce adultery and fornication and the evils of alcohol and immodesty. Where are the preachers crying out against homosexual marriage and the transgender agenda? Where is the preacher who boldly proclaims man's duty of repentance and his utter necessity of regeneration if he wants to stay out of hell? Where is the preacher today who lifts up a voice of authority and proclaims, thus saith the Lord? As he warns folks about a future judgment for all mankind and a place of punishment for sin called hell. But the churches killed off the preachers and buried them and substituted them with polished professional teachers who are fulfillment of prophecy.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own loss shall heap to themselves teachers having itching ears. And that time has arrived friends. There is a famine in the land today for hearing the word of God by preachers and the death of the preacher man has grim ramifications for the land.

And in the absence of preaching, America has no chance of being saved. That's why 99 percent of our churches today are full of the unconverted. People don't know what the gospel is.

People don't know what salvation is. People don't know what sin is. People don't know who God is.

Church members today think God is tolerant towards sin. They think they can go to heaven. But just accepting Jesus as their personal savior without the need for repentance.

They only believe gospel has drowned the nation in false conversions. We have politically correct pulpits filled by professionals who teach. Few are being truly saved today because you can't be saved under teaching.

Teaching informs and preaching transforms. But we have no transformational preaching with power from on high because the Holy Spirit refuses to attend a diluted gospel that falsely represents a holy living God of the Bible. We are deluged with teaching.

So our congregations have heads swollen like watermelons and hearts as hard as stones. Consequently, America has no true concept of almighty God and thinks most everyone, especially the religious ones, go to heaven. That hell is only for mass murderers like Hitler or sociopaths or really evil people.

The absence of preachers perverts a nation and damns it. Where is the preacher man who is honest with folks and who warns them about God's absolute intolerance of sin? That there is a settling day fast approaching where God will judge the quick and the dead. That every mother's son will be held up under the intense scrutiny of a holy God as he drops his plumb line on them to measure them against his strict and unbanding law.

And that the sentencing of the law must be carried out upon all guilty lawbreakers. And the penalty is death in a lake of burn and fire. But this is the second death that the only way you're going to get to heaven is to be born from above and washed in the blood.

And that Jesus said, straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth on to life and few there be that find it that God is a God who must punish sin and the only way to him is by a bleeding and dying Christ for forgiveness of sin. And if you die outside of Christ's blood, you'll be lowered into a Christless grave and enter a Christless eternity to be chained up in a dark bottomless pit of hell for God is no respecter of persons. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness to be reserved unto judgment and spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them with an overthrow, making them an example unto those that after should live ungodly.

And where is the preacher man who will pick up the book of God and preach the son of God with the anointing of the spirit of God and who will preach the full counsel of God and not fear men, but fear only God and tell them about the true God of the Bible who hates sin and who let his only begotten son die on a bloody cross for it. And if Christ is not your savior now, you need to receive him now before it's too late for soon he will come in judgment on this world when his anger shall burn as an oven and then you shall meet him as your judge because a day is fast approaching friends when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power. Repent before it's too late.
