I believe that you can't save yourself friend because it's not your power To save yourself.

God has to do it Now I'm on an errand from heaven and there are ten things I want to confront you with while I'm here on this errand. Are you ready? You may want to jot these down If you have a Bible with you Then write these things in the margin of your Bible or you kids can write them in the notes your cell phones so long as you're not texting your friends during my message because You could go to bed tonight and be in hell tomorrow if you're not saved I'm on an errand from heaven and I want to give you ten statements tonight friends that can change The course of your life if you let them number one God is a God who must punish sin Number two, if you don't believe God will punish sin Then the God you believe in is not the God of the Bible number three Few are saved Most folks go to hell number four Salvation is in the hands of God and not men number five You must repent or go on to hell number six You must be born again through regeneration number seven Nobody has ever been convicted of his sinfulness Until he's been confronted with God's holiness Number eight, you have to get lost be for you can be saved Number nine, you must come to Christ and utter surrender to his Lordship Number ten if you are saved then you were changed and a new disposition Holiness has been implanted in you By the Spirit of God now, those are my ten statements Let me take you to my Bible story tonight friends Jesus was speaking to a man called Nicodemus who was a religiously lost man We find this story in the Gospel of John in chapter 3 This man Nicodemus was a trained scholar in Jewish law He knew all about God, but he didn't know God Did you know friend there are people like that that can know about God, but not know him They can know the Word of God, but not the God of the Word But listen to this man called Nicodemus because he was like that He was a member of the Jewish Church, but he was an unsaved man and he came to say see Jesus at night To ask him some questions Maybe you friend have some unanswered questions about God yourself Well, listen to the story friends as I relate it to you now There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus a ruler of the Jews The same came to Jesus by night and said unto him Rabbi we know that thou art a teacher Come from God for no man can do these miracles that thou doest Except God be with him Jesus answered and said unto him Verily verily I say unto thee Except a man be born again He cannot see the kingdom of God I will stop there friends that statement of Jesus Covers it all if you are not born again Then you cannot see the kingdom of God you cannot see Christ for he is hidden in the bosom of the Father and if you get saved you must receive a Revealed Christ. Well, you ask preacher.

What must it mean? to be born again Tell us what that means Will I answer you friend with the following ten statements? I told you about a born-again person is a person who has met Christ and has experienced change When Christ was here in his earthly ministry when he passed through towns and villages those who encountered him Experienced changed it is God who takes the heart of stone and makes it a heart of flesh through the new birth If you were say friend it's because God gave you saving faith a saved individual is one who is born from above and washed in the blood of Christ Jesus Now I'm gonna repeat those ten statements to you again friends for your benefit Listen closely number one God is a God who must punish sin number two If you don't believe God will punish sin then the God you believe in is not the God of the Bible number three Few are saved. Most folks go to hell number four Salvation is in the hands of God and not men Number five you must repent or go on to hell number six, you must be born again through regeneration number seven Nobody hear me now Nobody, it's ever been convicted of his sinfulness Until he's been confronted with God's holiness Number eight you have to get lost before you can be saved Number nine you must come to Christ and utter surrender to his Lordship number ten if you are saved then you are changed and a new disposition of holiness is Implanted in you by the Spirit of God. I believe I can back those statements up with my Bible friends Jesus said Except a man be born again.

He cannot see the kingdom of God Tonight friends like we're saying the South I have given you the oil straight from the can of the gospel of the Son of God Without diluting it one drop if you've only heard my voice tonight friends, then you'd be no bettered but if by his grace You hear his voice as it comes to you in power Authority and majesty then that's a different story Then there's hope for you Listen to the call of the gospel friend Jesus said if I and I be lifted up from the earth Will draw all men unto me Listen friends Jesus hung naked on a cross at a place called Calvary He was crucified there for my sins as a substitute for sin He bore the wrath of God upon him for the punishment of sin He became a curse so I could escape that curse. He died for me Come to that blood-stained Savior friend and see that man on that cross as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness Even so must the Son of Man be lifted up The cross is the place where wicked men sought to get rid of Jesus But by his death it becomes the place where his saving power Flows out to all who come in repentance Confessing they are sinners and own them as their Savior and Lord Jesus said I am The Good Shepherd the Good Shepherd Giveth his life before the sheep Listen to Jesus friend. I am the way the truth and the life No man cometh unto the Father But by me Well, I'm gonna bring this message to a close friend.

I have told you I'm a man on an errand from heaven Talking about a man who came out of heaven so we can go up there This man Jesus the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me I'm gonna sing an old hymn friend and as I sing it. I want you to come to Christ for Salvation if God's been dealing with your soul if the Spirit of God's been speaking to you through Christ's words Tonight don't spurn Jesus if he's calling Come now as I sing I hear the Savior say Thy strength Indeed is small child of weakness Watch and pray Find in me thine all in all but Jesus paid it all all to him I owe Sin hath left a crimson stain. He washed it white as snow Lord now Indeed, I find thy power and thine alone can change the leper spots and melt the heart of stone a Jesus paid it all all to him I owe a sin hath left a crimson stain he washed it white as snow for Nothing good have I whereby thy grace to claim I'll wash my garments white in the blood of Calvary's Lamb but Jesus paid it all all to him I owe a sin hath left a crimson stain he washed it white as snow
