Oh, Lord Almighty, your name is above all names. Your name is holy. You dwell in the high and holy place.

You dwell among the cherubim. Hear my cry, O Lord, Ancient of Days. Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, and hear my prayer.

I lift up the nation of America to you, O God of glory, the land which you made. You led our New England fathers to this land because they made the knowledge of scripture and a rule of holy living a guideline for their lives. They came to these shores with the great hope of propagating and advancing the gospel of the kingdom of Christ in the remote parts of the world.

You looked down from heaven and saw their faith and you honored them. You prospered them. You allowed them to plant and build and multiply as they honored you and your glory.

You watched them form institutions of learning for the training of the ministry. You watched the establishment of Harvard and Princeton and Yale with the great purpose of a promise of a literate ministry. You were the very cornerstone of our educational system.

The foundation of our very society was built upon your word and by faith in you as the Supreme Being. You blessed our land when we had war and gave us great favor and victory and enabled our country's founding fathers to form a nation of liberty under God. We placed your holy name on our currency.

We made you central to our government and social life. We feared your holy name and we fought to defend your glory. We were a nation birthed in prayer and blessed by the Almighty.

You flourished America and gave her great increase of crops and industry. You grew her in the eyes of other nations and made her mighty and prosperous. You gave us victory in two world wars.

You made America the most prosperous and most powerful nation on earth because there was still a fear of God in the land. Oh great God, you blessed America with the outpouring of your presence in great spiritual awakenings. You visited your people in New England in 1740 with a mighty awakening.

You blessed America with eminent servants like Jonathan Edwards and George Whitfield whom you used to advance the revival. You poured out your spirit upon America once again in the second great awakening under your servants Asahel Nettleton and Charles Finney. You gave America mighty evangelists like D.O. Moody and Sam Jones.

You raised up a far-reaching missionary enterprise that sent from our shores thousands of missionaries carrying your gospel to the heathen and foreign lands. You raised up a generation of godly pastors who honored you and your gospel. You blessed this land with men who walked with you and knew your heart in the prayer revival of 1857.

You blessed America once more and saved thousands before deaths on the battlefields of the civil war came. Time and time again you visited your people with your mighty presence through the holy spirit and mighty revivals. Blessing upon blessing was poured out on this great land and every blessing was from your hand.

Then a dark day came to our land when we began to turn away from you. We became a self-reliant nation. We became a prideful people, a people who began to set up idols in our hearts and replacing you the one true god with other gods.

Our national sins multiplied and the evils we committed against you have increased. We became a nation of fornicators and adulterers and drunkards and murderers and child molesters. Prostitution and pornography, drug dealing and gambling are our leading enterprises.

Our political leaders in Washington today call good evil and evil good. They have kicked you out of the White House and have legislated you out of the courthouse. Our nation is on the brink of financial collapse and ruin because America has become a harlot with many lovers and unfaithful to you the one true god.

Forgive us oh lord for turning away from you. Forgive America for her multiplied sins and aggravations against you. Forgive us great god for the murder of the millions of aborted babies.

Forgive us oh god for blood is in our streets from violence and murder. Forgive us lord almighty for our sensuality and adultery and sexual perversions. Forgive this nation lord for legalizing homosexuality.

Forgive our nation for its many breweries and its liquor industry which has ruined and killed its millions. Forgive us oh lord for a lewd and sexually explicit entertainment industry. Forgive us oh lord for being a nation of lustful sensual idolaters.

We have allowed television and the internet to turn our homes into brothels of prostitution and dens of iniquity. Forgive our adulterous hearts we serve false gods made with our own hands. The bible is a closed book in America and our eyes are dry from the lack of desperate prayer.

Forgive us for our lack of faith and our great unbelief. Forgive us oh lord for trampling the blood of thy dear son Jesus. Lord Jehovah save us from ruin.

Give America another chance oh lord to seek thy face in repentance. You spared the ancient city of Nineveh when they turned in true repentance from the king to the beast. They sat in sackcloth and ashes because they feared the lord god of heaven and you turned away your anger from them as they responded to the preaching of your prophet Jonah.

You spared that wicked city for the little ones who could not discern between their right hand and their left. You turned away your anger and wrath from them when you saw their broken and repentant hearts. Oh lord god have mercy upon America.

Forgive us oh lord for shutting you out of our public school system for legislating you from our public institutions. Forgive us oh lord for the spirit of rebellion in our land. We are a nation of rebels against the most high.

Forgive us great god for escorting you to our borders and saying goodbye to you and your word. Have mercy on us and heal our land. Send us the grace of repentance to seek your holy face once more.

Send us prophets to call this nation back to you. Raise up a remnant of holy men to call this nation to repentance. Preachers who will not fear man but fear you.

The lord god give us a john the baptist for our day to call this nation to repentance. Almighty one have mercy upon your church in America for her great disobedience to you. Forgive your church for replacing your holy spirit with manpower and money and programs and man-centered methodologies.

Forgive us great god for grieving you away from our sanctuaries by turning our houses of prayer into houses of entertainment. Forgive us oh lord for removing the weekly prayer meeting from our assemblies and replacing it with entertainment and teaching. Forgive your people oh god for corrupting your gospel of the son of god and making it more acceptable to wicked man.

Forgive us for diluting your gospel and removing the need for repentance and removing the need for regeneration. Forgive us for making our own converts who the very angels in heaven never rejoiced over. Forgive us for our worldliness our sensual dress.

Forgive us for not being doers of the word. Forgive us for our great disobedience to you. Forgive us for our covetousness and selfish hoarding of your resources.

We have robbed you in tithes and offerings. We have profaned your holy sabbath day. Forgive us oh lord for a lack of holiness and power.

Oh heavenly father without you we are impotent powerless and bankrupt. All of our human effort is but wood hay and stubble without your great assistance by the holy spirit. Look down from heaven and show mercy great god towards your people again.

Almighty father turn us again oh god and cause thy face to shine upon us once more. Oh lord god of hosts return we beseech thee. Send revival to our land.

Send a mighty outpouring of your spirit. Send america a great spiritual awakening. Pour water oh lord upon the thirsty ground.

Oh god all hells are popping across our land. The very spirit of antichrist is in our midst. Lawlessness is rampant in our land.

Our adversary the devil is wrecking havoc on our land through natural disasters financial collapse and broken homes. Hellish hosts revile against us. The power of darkness is increasing throughout our land.

Evil is invading every town and hamlet. Immorality and perversion is spilling out across our land like an open sewer. Hear our cry oh god in thy mercy raise up a man oh lord to stand in the gap for america at this desperate hour of crisis.

Grant us an army of intercessors who will humble themselves and seek your face to lay hold of your holy garment in faith and intercession and not let go until you bless america once more. Oh god we have turned our backs on you but please do not turn your backside to us. Return again lord god of glory send grace upon us oh lord refresh us almighty one in you god bless america again.

Search our hearts oh god and see if there is any wickedness in us. Give us the grace of repentance. Ransack our hearts oh god strip us so we will only desire thee bend us lord so we will have humility and brokenness before thee.
