I find that there's a problem in me, and it is I constantly find that my love cools. But if I will consistently look at the lovely one, he will keep it aglow. He will keep it aflame.
He'll be the keeper of the flame, the keeper of my faith. If I would just look to him, even the scriptures tell us that looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, how does he author it, and how does he finish it? By you looking at him. I need to keep my eyes on Jesus.
How many of you are with me? There's a quote from Jonathan Edwards. He said, the beauty of Christ bows the will and draws the heart. Think about those two things.
The beauty of Christ, when you see him as he in fact is, he is—he is—he will never be anything otherwise than all fair.
