I have been loved with such grace, yet God loves me. Why can't I love somebody else like that? Why can't I be like God? I have been loved with such great long-suffering. My dear friends, you know we must uphold righteous standards.

But there are many people who are still rebels against these righteous standards. Shall we hate them? We are told to hate that which is evil. We must hate the evil report.

We cannot support unrighteous actions. We have to draw the line. But the manner in which we do it, in our house, my father always had a Rangoon cane.

Nice cane. And my father was a very strong man. Not like me.

Oh boy, he had a mighty arm. When I see the arms of boys these days, I say it's like a woman's dainty hands. But my father's youth had mighty hands.

And when he used the cane, it used to come very fast. But do you know who suffered more? My dad. He suffered.

It was his love that made him chase me. It was measured punishment. It did me a lot of good.

But he suffered the most. So in other words, it seemed like he was punishing himself. That is love.

The Bible says, 13th chapter of 1 Corinthians, Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, Though I have the faith to remove mountains, Though I give my body to be burned, If I have not love, I am nothing. So don't let us lose this balance. You know, everybody has found this fellowship to be very strict.

But if you want to speak to the public today, You should not begin with their long hair, or with their earrings, men with earrings, and maybe nose rings also. Hey, you must be sanctified. That poor fellow has never heard of the word sanctification.

He will take flight. You will never see him again. Preach to his heart.

He says, yes, yes, yes. That is true. That is true.

I am struggling in my heart. Then present the cross. He says, yes, I need this forgiveness.

I need this love. I need this savior. And from there, there is a progression.

Next time you see him, the rings are gone. And his poor, starving barber has work. And you can hardly recognize the man.

Who is this stranger? Oh, don't you remember that fellow with such ugly, smelly locks? That's he. Yes. Yes.

Love, we have often sang a song, Love lifted me. Love lifted me. You see, when I'm... When I'm rambha yathur pulla.

Yes. But they came together in Jesus. An impossible combination.

But, in Jesus, there is truth. Truth is always hard.
