Is there Life on other Planets?

I want you to turn in your Bible to Genesis chapter 1 here tonight, Genesis chapter 1. As I said before, this is a series I don't necessarily want to do or embark on, and yet it's something I've thought on very deeply for decades. I've considered, and especially in recent years, I've stayed on top of, even when I haven't breathed a word of it or mentioned it publicly, I have actually stayed on top of it. I told you that on honeymoon, I had conversations with Anna on this very subject.

It's not because I want to do. See, I want to preach what I preached last week, the sprinkling of the blood, or what I dealt with on Sunday morning was this disease, leprosy, a type of sin, dealing with sin with hearts. That's where I'm best.

That's where I like to stay. I want to deal with the blood. There's nothing more revolutionary in your Christian life than understanding the blood of Jesus.

That's where I'm comfortable. That's where I like to stay. That's what's got to be the emphasis and the focus of this church and of your Christian life.

But saints, we don't shun or ignore vital things that go on. Some things in scripture are obscure, or the Bible says little on. We don't ignore them.

We deal with them. We're silent where scripture is silent, but we speak where scripture speaks. And here tonight, I want to deal with this issue of UFOs, UPAs, unidentified objects of aliens, martians, other intelligent life form.

It's not because I want to deal with this. Do you know why I'm dealing with this? Because it's the subject of the hour. It's everywhere.

And I want to tell you, don't think I'm jumping on this because it's in the media or popular or the American government is releasing files. That isn't it. I've stayed on top of this subject.

It's not new to me. In fact, I've got a little booklet on my shelf from 1972, 54 years ago, the year of my birth printed by a born again Bible believing Christian, an evangelist on fire that saw a revival that saw thousands come into the kingdom of God. Thousands healed in their body who believed in the baptism and the Holy Ghost.

And he gave a very biblical same teaching on UFOs and all that men say. So don't think the Christians are just coming onto this ignorant, trying to defend themselves or find an answer. You'll find that Christians have spoken more clearly on this, thought about it more deeply, dealt with it more biblically for generations.

They think deeply. See Christians aren't scared of issues, new issues arising. In fact, if they're a biblical preacher, they run to it.

They deal with it. They're not scared of it. There's nothing this world's going to produce.

They could shock me, surprise me, catch me off guard or expose the Bible or the gospel for not being true. That's why I don't want you to be scared of this issue. Don't be scared of what men are going to release.

We're going to go right to scripture. I'm not going to go deep on this tonight. You're going to find tonight's an edifying message.

It will help you. It'll encourage you. It will stir your heart tonight.

But this message tonight is a foundational message. And this is my title. Is there life on other planets? Let's get this settled first for all.

What does the Bible say? What does the word of God say? What should Christians believe? What is the truth? And believe in something or are we going to be caught out and found wrong? I don't want to be wrong in this and neither do you. And we don't want to sidestep it. Your kids are going to live in a supernatural hour, a very unusual age, deceptive, lying spirits, men of power, seduction in the church.

You better know what the word of God says. Before we read the scriptures, Genesis 1, let me just give you a little backdrop here. I'll find the title before the week's out for this.

I don't know what I'll call it, but we'll find something. You see, I'm not just jumping on this. I've tried for two years.

I've considered teaching on this and I kept delaying, kept delaying, kept delaying, not wanting to deal with it. But I believe a time is here that we have to deal with it biblically. The media in the western world is alive with this issue.

Aliens, flying saucers, light years, talking about the planets, the world, creation, all of these things. For decades I kept my eye on this issue, but now I believe a time is here to really speak on it very clearly and from scripture. And we are going to go to scripture concerning it.

It was one year ago that a documentary was released on prime video on 9 March 2025. It was called The Age of Disclosure. It became the highest watched documentary of all time on prime video.

This one issue, The Age of Disclosure, was a remarkable, groundbreaking documentary that has gone worldwide with vast multitudes watching it out of fascination, interest, and with a question in mind. This video claimed to present the first groundbreaking documentary on a wide scale, revealing that there are real unidentified flying objects, or as they call them now, UPAs. We'll go into all of this in the weeks to come.

I want to give you a bit of information on this. Then just released has been a movie made by Spielberg called Disclosure Day. Within that movie he is depicting the American government coming out and revealing to the nation and to the world that they have been in secret communication with aliens and with alien technology.

Within that movie there is an actress. She pretends to be an ex-nun who lost her faith in the Bible and in the Lord Jesus Christ. Hello, if you're an ex-nun, you didn't have much to lose.

You're already building on sinking sand. In this movie, this ex-nun, she typifies and manufactures alien spirits coming and inhabiting her mind control, trying to take control of her in the movie. This entire movie is said by Spielberg not to be myth, not to be a story, but what is happening right now in America and worldwide.

He has actually said in the release of it, this is going to challenge specifically the faith of Christians. They're going to have to rethink their faith, what they understand biblically, what they have always believed, because this is evidential. This is scientific.

This is political. World governments now are actually coming out and revealing the truth. Spielberg has released this movie showing it's actually going to happen.

This per-ex-nun, the aliens through technology take over her mind. In the movie, and I don't advise you to watch it, I'm not going to watch it. I probably won't watch it.

I don't desire to watch it. I didn't watch The Passion. I'd advise you not to watch The Passion movie.

Some of these things are not edifying, not helpful to your soul or your spirit. In fact, some movies, I think they're very sinister. I believe The Passion was very, very sinister.

There was an agenda behind it. Disclosure Day has an agenda. The timing is right.

He is precise in when he is revealing this. But do you know this per-nun that there's an at least attempted takeover by an alien? It carries all the marks of demon possession, of classic demon possession. So what we call demons, Spielberg is actually depicting as an alien or another source of life.

At the end of that movie, there is a new Adam and a new Eve who begin all over again. And so you have these strange things. In the past couple of months, the Pentagon, under Trump's leading, has had three file drops of stuff that they have kept secret from the 1940s.

You may not realize it, but high up men in the Air Force, the military, in Britain, in America, in the world, in Brazil, in many nations of the world, have all come out saying they've seen things that they cannot explain. They're talking about UFOs that move at speeds that are impossible. Things that can move in a way, at a speed, disappear, that shine in the sky.

These aren't crackpots. These are military personnel. And now the Pentagon has had three releases of information on May the 8th, May the 22nd, and then June the 12th.

They have literally dropped lots of videos, lots of photographs, lots of files never released before. Since this is rocking the confidence of many, CBN, the Christian Broadcast Network in America, has released a documentary called Angels and Demons this year. They have also dealt with this issue of aliens.

But you know what they're saying? This is another intelligence, but it isn't from another planet. And so we've got all this going on. And I'm letting you know where I'm going.

This is very serious stuff that we're dealing with. We cannot ignore this. If this is real, I mean, if all this is happening, if military personnel for generations, men who are seeing this, senators in America, when they see the evidence, they are 100% convinced they're dealing with another intelligence.

Political persons are absolutely persuaded. I'm saying everybody has to have the evidence. All of this is coming, and it's only the beginning.

They're beginning to say they have found crafts, they have found bodies, and all this information is going to come out. The evidence of actual bodies, biology, crafts, and technology that is way, way hundreds of years beyond anything we can imagine, way beyond science fiction. And so we're not going to hide our heads.

We're not going to ignore it. You know what we're going to do? Go to scripture. I'm going to challenge you.

I'm going to make you think for a few weeks, we're going to, on these Wednesday nights, we're going to look at this. We're going to ask questions. We're going to get into it.

I want to hear from you. I want us to challenge and go back to scripture. Your children need answers.

Sinners out there in Limerick need answers. You're going to have to have biblical answers. You're going to have to face this issue.

So I want to prepare you. I don't want you to get bombarded. I don't want you to sidestep it.

I want you to go to scripture. And here tonight, I'm going to lay the foundation stone, a radical foundation stone for addressing this. And if anyone online is wondering why I'm sweating, it's because we're going through a heat wave in Ireland and tomorrow we're going to have our hottest day of the year, if not the decade, who knows? But I'm hot already and I haven't even started.

I had to take my coat off before I started. Please turn with me. Genesis chapter one.

Sorry for that introduction. I just want you to get a feel for where we're going to embark. And you're going to see how important three questions I ask you tonight are.

Here's the three questions. How big is the universe? Number two, when did God create angels and all the unseen powers? And then third, why there cannot be aliens living on distant planets? I'm going to deal with these three. This is just a foundation stone and we're going to primarily stick with scripture here tonight.

Genesis chapter one and verse one. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

And God said, let there be light, and there was light. And God saw the light that it was good, and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light day, and the darkness he called night.

And the evening and the morning were the first day. I'm going to stop there. Let's pray together.

Father, we do ask that you help us. So God, Father, we don't want to hide from this. Lord God, we want to expose what is erroneous.

Lord God, even by preachers teaching wrong things, Lord God, by Christians who, Lord God, don't understand what they're saying or what the Bible teaches. Lord God, we want to help the saints of God. We want to be able to evangelize, not ignoring things like this, but to have clear, solid answers from scripture.

And Father, I pray that you help us to dig into the word of God over the coming weeks. We are going to deal with scripture. We're going to go searching for what the word of God says.

We're asking that you lead us. You know everything that we individually are going to face, or as a church, a nation, a culture, or the body of Christ right across the world. Father, I ask that you prepare us, you make us ready, that you give us wisdom, you make us wise, that in an hour that is very unusual, Lord God, in a generation that's going to become supernatural, mystical, occultic, demonic driven.

Father, we ask that the power of the gospel would be in our midst, that we'd know the power of Jesus' blood, that we'd know the authority of Jesus' name, that we'd know how to resist the devil, the evil one, that we'd be able to expose his stratagems. Lord God, his lies behind every type of confusion and allurement. And Lord God, we ask that we wouldn't be drawn by fascination, but that we'd be drawn by the Lord Jesus Christ, even tonight, in Jesus' mighty name.

Amen. So, my question is, is there life on other planets? The Bible says in Colossians 1, 16, and listen to these scriptures very carefully. For by him, that is Christ, were all things created that are in heaven and or in the earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things were created by him, and listen, and for him, all things.

It says in Psalm 8, verse 3, when I consider thy heavens, isn't it beautiful, he calls them thy heavens, your heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon, and the stars which thou hast ordained? What is man that thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that thou visitest him? Psalm 33 and 6, by the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 90, verse 2, before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. And then one last scripture here, Psalm 115, verse 16, the heaven, even the heavens are the Lord's, but the earth hath he given to the children of men.

It was the famous evangelist called Billy Graham from America that in 1960, that's a long time ago, in his book called Answers to Life's Problems, he actually, when quizzed and answering questions, he said this, that he would not exclude the possibility of life on other planets. He noted that if intelligent life did exist elsewhere, it was created by God and it exists for his glory alone. Then a few years later in 1969, Billy Graham was interviewed by a famous interviewer in America called William Buckley, and he interviewed him on a program called Far and Line 1969.

And in that conversation, Billy Graham said this, I personally hold the view that there are beings on other planets, but I believe this is the only planet in rebellion against God. I've got three questions for you here tonight as we deal, is there life on other planets? Is there alien life? Supernatural life? Have UFOs since the 1940s crashed that can go at great speeds? Outrun all of our technology since 1940 right to this year, 2026. Outrun them, disappear, go at impossible speeds.

Is that possible that over these years this has been happening? Is there another intelligent life force coming from the planets? We're going to begin to answer this tonight. And my first question, how big is the universe? I want you to catch this because if we're going to talk about planets and supposed life on them, this is the first thing I want you to say, how big is the universe? When you consider the universe, and I've looked into this over the past recent while, at least 100 billion galaxies populate the known universe. We are in one galaxy, but they say, and they're only guessing, this is the best guess, there could be far more.

This is their reserved guess. There's 100 billion galaxies. You're in one galaxy, but there's a hundred billion of them in what they call the known universe, or they also call it the observed universe.

Now each of these galaxies has as many as 200 billion stars, each one of these galaxies. Now when they say the known universe or the observed universe, they're not saying they can observe it. They're not saying that.

This is a mere guess. They can't see to the end of the universe. They're guessing.

How do they guess how big the universe is? And I'm telling you, they're saying that it is massive beyond all comprehension. I'm struggling tonight to even begin to convey to you how big the universe is. When I talk about the universe, I'm talking about what the Bible calls the heavens.

There's three heavens. There's God's heaven. Then there's the second heaven, which is space, what we call space, or the universe, or the entire cosmos.

And then there's a third heaven, which is the atmosphere in and around earth. There's three heavens. Paul in the Bible, we're told that he went to the third heaven, not the second, not the first.

And so we have a heaven. Then there's this entire universe. I want to ask you, this second universe that God created, how big actually is it? And as we see the awesomeness of this, you're going to see how great our God is.

Our God isn't small. And since if he created this, he cares about you. He counts every hair on your head.

He knows everything about you. He has a heart for you personally. That is an impersonal universe.

But you know what? I want you to see the greatness of the universe. It's a created thing. Guess what? It's a small thing.

But according to our world, this is what they begin to say about it. They say they can observe. This is the observed universe.

Now, how did they get the size of the universe? By saying that the universe is 14 billion years old. So what they do, this isn't scientific. This isn't established on fact and information.

They take their estimate of 14 billion years and they add it to the speed of light. And they say, here you have it. You've got the size of the entire universe.

They can't see to the end of it. They can't measure it. They don't know how big it is.

I know only one person who knows the size of the universe. And it is our God, the God of the Bible. Scientists are playing around with this.

They are guessing. They are looking. They are observing.

But they cannot see it. But what they say is the diameter of the universe straight across, if you could measure it, it is 93 billion light years. What's a light year? That's moving at the speed of light.

That's beyond all comprehension for you or I. So they say it is 93 billion light years moving at the speed of light. It would take you 93 billion years to get from one side to the other. And guess what? I think the universe is far bigger than what they are guesstimating.

They say it would be about 46 billion light years between earth and the very edge, the closest edge of the universe. 46 billion light years between earth and the edge. The entire universe, so they have said for many years now, is expanding.

It is continually growing. In other words, many of these galaxies are moving away from us. We'll never catch them.

We'll never attain onto them. Unless our technology explodes, we're going to keep reaching, trying to chase after the galaxies in the universe and find the end of it. So they say it's an established truth.

The universe is growing. The universe is expanding. Guess what? The Bible says that as well, that God rolls out all of creation, the heavens like a scroll.

Do you realize there's many scriptures, and we'll get into them just now, that shows and proves that God is constantly pulling out the universe and all of creation? And so when they say that we're living in a constantly expanding universe, it's true. The universe is ginormous. But guess what? It's getting bigger.

And yet it's as nothing in the hand of our God. Our God holds it within his hand. Oh, if you could only see this tonight, you'd realize how much God loves you and cares about you, how great our God is, how amazing it is.

You see, who are we? Who are you? What is man that God should visit him or think about him or consider him or save him? This is remarkable. Begin to look at the universe, and you begin to estimate the greatness of the love and the power and the majesty of God. In this universe, the nearest planet outside of our solar system is 4.2 light years away, the closest planet outside of our own local eight planets.

If you drew, let me just show you how enormous this is. If you drove a car at 60 miles per hour without stopping, it would take you about 47 trillion years to get there. And I don't think any of you are going to do that.

That's the closest planet. So outside of our own solar system, when they begin to look at the universe, this is so big you can't even comprehend that it is ginormous. The Voyager probe travels at about 38,000 miles per hour.

At this speed, it would take it over 70,000 years to make this trip just to the closest planet. When you begin to consider these things, you begin to see something of the universe, and yet I'm not even beginning to tell you about God's creation. There's what we call Stevenson 2 stroke 18.

It is a star. See all the stars God's created? Let me just tell you about one of the stars, only one of the stars that God created. Remember I said there's billions in every galaxy, a hundred billion stars in our galaxy, and then you have all of these other galaxies.

But let me tell you about one of the stars. This one, Stevenson, is 19,000 light years away. Not that far compared to some of the other things.

19,000 light years away. It is 500,000 or half a million points brighter than our sun. So it's far brighter.

Our sun is very, very obscure compared to this. It's 2150 times bigger than our own present sun, and it was only discovered, registered, and cataloged in the year 1988. This is one stone.

There's one star in the universe. The Bible says in Isaiah 40, 26, lift up your eyes on high and behold who has created these things that bringeth out their host by number. He calleth them by their names by the greatness of his might for that he is strong in power not one faileth.

Do you realize our God has a name for every single star in the universe? He has it named. He has a catalog. Men don't stand a chance of cataloging the stars.

They don't stand a chance of cataloging all those in our galaxy, and yet God has every star. He has given them a personal specific individual name, not just a number. He gives them an actual name.

All of the stars of the universe within our galaxy. Let me just bring this in from the universe because it's too hard to explain. You'll never capture a view of how big the universe is.

Let's bring it in a bit to our galaxy, just our local galaxy. Let's keep it there. It at least has 100 billion stars.

It also has 100 billion planets. Our galaxy does. Oh no, that's still too big.

Let's bring it in a bit closer to our solar system. Now we're getting really small. I mean that's ginormous.

This is far smaller. What about our solar system? There's exactly eight planets. That's easier to handle, isn't it? But within our solar system are 50 moons.

Jupiter has at least three moons. Mars has two moons. We of course only have one moon.

So within our own solar system, we can begin to observe all of the created things. We can observe these eight planets very closely. In fact, from the earth all through the centuries, men have been able to observe these eight planets, and yet it's only a drop in the bucket.

It is almost nothing. The entire universe displays something so massive that mankind, if he was to be here a million years, wouldn't even begin to fathom what is out there in the universe. It is ginormous.

You see, in all of this, you know what the Bible does? It centers in on a place called earth, not the heavens, not the heavens, not the universe, not the planets, not the stars. Guess what? All of that is not the focus of God's creation. It is so massive, and yet scripture notes all of this creation, but he never makes that the issue.

He actually makes earth the focus of everything, man the center of all of his dealings, of all of his loving. So let me ask you a question within this point. Is the earth unique? Can I ask you that? You see, with those talking about UFOs, UPAs, of other life forms, do you know what they're saying? You're not unique.

Behind UFOs is evolution and atheism or other belief systems. They hate the gospel. They hate the Bible.

They hate creationism. They laugh at it. Those who promote little alien men, I tell you, they have an agenda, and they go somewhere, and you know what? They don't think you're unique.

They don't think God's eyes upon you. They don't think God notices you or loves you. They don't think that you're unusual.

They don't even think our entire planet is unusual. You're insignificant. That's why when people who are atheists begin to study the universe, they go, we're insignificant.

We don't matter. We're not important, but if you're a Christian, it operates the reverse. You begin to study the Milky Way, the cosmos, the planets, all of the order.

Guess what? There's order here. They don't crash into each other. They are set in their place.

They follow a pattern. There's actual order in the planets. There's order in the stars.

There's purpose within them, and you know what? God looks down on you and says, I love you. I love you, but you know what? Behind this whole new system of all these files, these movies, these interviews, earth is not unique. You need to understand that in the minds of those that believe that people are creatures or aliens or other intelligent life is coming from far flung planets, planets that are light years away.

You know what? They don't think earth is unique. They see nothing unique about earth, but let's go to Genesis chapter one, and that's on this first message before we embark on everything, and I begin showing you what we are really dealing with, and I pull the cover off and show you from Scripture what really men are dealing with. We're going to look at the uniqueness of earth, God's plan for earth, God's plan for man.

You see, creation of the earth and the stars is described in Genesis chapter one, verse one to verse 19. Let's go back to Genesis chapter one here again. Genesis one, chapter one, and verse one.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Notice here at the beginning of our Bible, the word beginning. The word beginning means foundation, Genesis.

That's where we get our word Genesis. It is going right back to the origin of all things. If you want to find out the source of all things and the answer to all things, go back to the book of Genesis, and this word in the beginning, it actually shows there was a start to time.

There was a beginning of history. There was actually a point in time that you could record and register that shows the physical creation of all things. All things had a beginning.

It had a point in time. History began. The clock began.

The record of all things began in the beginning, and in the Gospels, Jesus at times says, in the beginning, it wasn't like that. He talks about Adam and Eve being at the beginning. There is a beginning, and Jesus believed in this point in time.

What does it say? In the beginning, God created. The word barra used there for God creating. At the beginning, he created.

In other words, time, history began at the creation. When God physically created all things, that was the beginning of recorded history. All history goes from Genesis chapter 1 verse 1, not later verses, not further down the chapter.

Chapter 1 shows you the beginning of creation, physical creation. What did God create first? The heaven and the earth. The heaven and the earth.

That's what God created. He's not talking about his heaven, the third heaven. He's talking about the created heaven, the universe, or the atmosphere around earth.

Remember, there's three heavens. On the first day of creation, the beginning of creation, God created the heaven and the earth. The earth was created on day 1, not day 3, not day 4, not day 2. Day 1, guess what? Before God created the planets, there's no sun, there's no moon.

All these billions of galaxies, all of these billions of stars, none of them are created. What did God do? He created the heavens and the earth. Nothing was formed, nothing was designed yet.

He created. He began with the earth before there was a sun. The earth came before the sun, before all the stars.

Do you know what that does? That shows the importance of the earth. See, the earth is not the center of all creation, but it is the center of God's plan and purpose. Everything does not revolve as far as the universe around the earth.

It doesn't do that. But I tell you, God's plan revolves around the earth. God's eye is on the earth.

Scripture focuses upon the earth. And yet here we have the only authentic record of the creation of all the stars, the entire universe. Imagine, God created everything, absolutely everything.

The heavens were a shell when God created them. Day one, God created the heavens, and yet there's nothing there. No decoration, no color, no shining stars, nothing.

He created the heavens. It existed, it was there, and yet nothing was in it. He was yet going to create.

He was going to design. You know the word cosmos, ladies? Cosmos is a word that's used also in the New Testament for ladies, what they do with their faces and their clothes and their makeup. That's cosmos.

It means decoration. And so when we think of the cosmos, the word cosmos that we understand, it's actually talking about design and creation and beauty. But see day one, in the universe there was none of that.

It was a blank space. Don't tell me before man on the earth that there were aliens on far-flung planets. There were no planets before the earth.

And what the Bible tells us very clearly is that on this day, this first day when God created the heavens, it was absolutely a blank sheet. Nothing was there. It was an empty space.

But on that same day, the first day, God also created the earth. He created. He acted.

He made it. So by the end of day one, you had the earth created. What's the Bible say? It was without shape and form.

So the heavens were empty, and the earth was without shape and form. Some people wrongly teach, well, something bad must have happened because God wouldn't have created the earth without shape and form. Maybe there was a rebellion.

Maybe something bad happened, and it became without shape or form. No, the heavens were empty as well. There's no planets there.

There was no planets for Lucifer to be on. They weren't there day one. But you had all of this sitting there in a remarkable way.

It's all of God's creation. Listen to what the Bible says in Isaiah 45, 18. For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens, God himself that formed the earth and made it.

He has established it, the earth. He created it not in vain. He formed it to be inhabited.

I am the Lord, and there is none else. Why did God create the earth to be inhabited? In fact, no other planet in the entire universe was created to be inhabited. See, we've got revelation here.

When you hear stories about spacecraft and bodies and eyewitness accounts and abductions and all of this, and it's only beginning, this is going to flood out over the next period of time. It has over the years, but it's going to get intense, and it's very intense at the minute. You need to remember one thing.

God created all the planets, every single planet he knows. He knows every single planet, all of them. He created them, and yet there's only one in the entire universe he created to be inhabited or to have people live there or any creature live there.

Do you realize in the entire universe so far, they haven't found one other planet or star in the entire universe that human life could even consider living on and function on or having any sort of atmosphere on it that humans could live upon that planet, not even remotely. See, earth, I believe, is utterly unique. God created it utterly unique.

He only created one planet for man to actually live upon, and so it's on day four of creation that you get the sun, the moon, and the stars created. Think about this for a second. God took one day to create the sun.

Do you know how massive the sun is? Do you know how extraordinary the sun is? Oh, I forgot. Isn't it Stevenson, that little star? Makes our sun look like nothing, like nothing. Your sun's like nothing, and yet it's extraordinary.

You can stand out there today, I'll burn you. It's going to really burn you tomorrow. We've got a heat wave, warnings out across Ireland, the only country at this temperature that puts out warnings.

Emergency, it's Ireland. The sun can damage you or kill you. Look how far it is away.

Saints, it is nothing. It was on day four God created the sun, and look at the moon. Look at the stars.

God created all of these when? On one day. All the stars, the billions and billions and billions, innumerable stars. Guess what? He just clicked his fingers and created them in one day.

Guess how much space he takes for the creation of the stars? It says this in verse 16, when he talks about the sun and the moon and goes into detail. He said, oh aye, he made the stars also. We used to sing that as children.

It's a minor detail of creation. Genesis chapter one, he says, and he made the stars also. That's all he says.

Billions of stars, unique stars, ginormous stars, burning furnaces of fire. He created them and planned them. Guess what? They're not the focus of creation.

They're not the center of creation. He didn't spend lots of time. He'd done it in one day.

Guess how long he takes on the earth? Three days. Day one, day two, day three, he's working on the earth. Here's a small planet.

Here's our small home. And he takes three days on it, separating the waters, putting creation in, beginning to form it and to make it habitable. Three days on a little tiny small planet called earth.

And yet with all the ginormous galaxies, the universe, all of the stars, the expanse that you can't even measure. He just does it in a day. Put the moon there, put the stars there, put the sun there.

And then I begin working on a hundred billion other galaxies. And it's all made there. Since if you began to realize how unique the earth is, it's unique as in it was created before all of the rest.

It's also unique in the detail God begins to go into the minor details of creation. But they are not all the focus. The earth is the focus.

It says in Psalm 33 and six, by the word of the Lord, where the heavens made and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth, he just breathed out on all of the galaxies. Saints, why are you worried here tonight? Don't you realize who it is that came seeking after you, that loves you, that desires you? He created all. He's the creator.

You ought to get a good book in cosmology. You ought to go and watch a video on the planets and the stars and the universe and begin to consider. This is what it says in the Psalms.

Consider the works of his hands. You ought to begin considering how great and mighty and awesome. And one day he created the universe.

One day he filled the entire universe. He just began to design. You ladies think you can design? You don't have a clue.

You still know your colors and your patterns. He had remarkable design ability. Color here, splashes here, universe filled with galaxies.

The color, the swirl, the power, the majesty, the influence, and all of their lights shining. Oh, that we would get something of this. And God said in verse 14, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night and let them be for signs, for seasons, for days, for years, and let them be for lights and the firmament of the heavens to give light upon the earth.

And it was so. And God made two great lights, the greater light to rule the day, the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also.

And God set them. That's a deliberate act. In other words, go there, deal with the stars.

He set them. He deliberately put them in place in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth and to rule over the day and over the night and to divide the light from the darkness. And God saw it was good.

And the evening and the mornings were the fourth day. Never be scared of something coming out about the universe that you don't know or that your Bible doesn't talk about. Never be scared that they're going to release and say, we've discovered planets filled with alien life and it destroys hope in your Bible.

It's not going to happen. It's not going to happen, saints of God. You know what my Bible says? It says the reason God created the planets, there's no other intelligent life on them.

He didn't create one planet for human life apart from the earth. All the other planets, all the galaxy, all the universe, all the stars. Here he tells us why did he create all of this massive universe? Listen, very simple here.

And you need to get this in your spirit. Number one, why did he create all of the universe? Is there some alien life out there we don't know about? No, God speaks to us. Number one, to be lights upon the earth.

God created the sun, the star, the moon, the universe. He created it all. Why? To be lights upon the earth, to separate light from darkness.

Do you know when God created all the universe, he created them mature. The nearest star takes four years for its light to reach us. Four years.

Can you imagine the ones that are further away? That's why some evolutionists and atheists, they believe that it has to be an old earth because they go, well, all these stars, they're reaching us. We're getting the light. It has to be billions of years old.

No, guess what? God created the stars mature. Let me take you to the Garden of Eden, Genesis chapter one, Genesis chapter two. Oh look, there's a man without a belly button and he's got a good hefty beard on him.

How old is he? Well, he looks about 35 in our age. He's 12 hours old. It's the first day of his creation.

Look at those trees. Look at the beautiful fruit and apples and pears and stuff that we don't even have today. Can you imagine what paradise looked like? Can you imagine the plants and the trees and the flowers? You're living in a fallen world.

You go, wow, they must have worked hard on this garden. And look at these trees. This must have been grown a hundred years.

No, 12 hours. All of this 12 hours. What about the, well, what's this egg? We're going to have to wait a bit for it to crack, for it to come out, to grow up, and then we'll get our other chicks back again.

No, it was a fully created chicken. In fact, there was two of them and they're going to mate and they're going to have other chickens. You had all of this fully functional on the very first day.

You know what God created? A fully functioning universe. He created all the lights. Guess what? They were immediately switched on.

Oh, don't ask me all the details because I could give you ideas, but I like to stick with scripture. He created a universe. Guess who it was for? For earth.

What, just for the earth? No, for man. He put man uniquely on this planet. Guess why he put a sun there? For you, for you, for us, for the entire world, even sinners, all the nations.

God put a sun there. He put a moon there. He put all the stars there.

He put Stephens in there, all those light billion years away. Listen, nobody's going to visit these. No one is going there.

He put stars in the heaven, light billion years away. We're only on this planet 6,000 years. Why did he do it? For you, so that there's light upon the earth.

Another second reason for why he put them all there was to declare God's glory. So you see his greatness, his majesty, his power. So look at it.

It's to give us light. It's a practical thing, but also it's to show you how great our God is. Third of all, it's for signs, for seasons, for days, and for years.

All of these things are to divide up nature. Do you realize how everything is ordered? The size of the earth, the size of the planets, how they rotate. You see, if you had a perpetual winter here, if things were slightly different, if the tilt of the planet was slightly different, you would have a perpetual long winter.

We'd all die out before we got to springtime. You need to realize that God set everything in its order. He has set the seasons, the 12 months of the year, the four seasons in their place.

All of this God has done. The earth was made over three days. It was a formless void, but God created it for mankind, and the lights are there.

Guess what? They're there with order, with purpose, with beauty, and I'm only beginning. See, I do believe that earth is utterly unique. It says in Romans chapter 1 verse 19, because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has showed it unto them.

Those who reject God, those who become homosexual, those who begin bowing down or worshiping statues and images, those who reject the real gospel and the knowledge of God, guess what? My Bible actually says God showed them. They have rejected innate knowledge. Romans 1 20, for the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even as eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.

Do you realize the sun, the moon, the stars, all the creation of the universe was given that men would see something of their creator. They're without excuse. If they never had a Bible, never had a preacher, the heavens preach unto them.

Anyone can go out there at night. You know, I'll let you into a secret. Don't tell anyone.

Last night, we got back very late. We went out the back, put down two things on the grass. It was dark.

Shiloh thought we're crazy, put candles out there to keep all the bugs away. And we laid on, took a couple of blankets. The Jew was coming in and we lay on our backs and just began to look at the stars and begin to talk about the goodness of our God.

See, this is real. You can't look at the immensity of all this and the moon rising and all that God has done. You know what? I begin to go, wow, you are great.

You are our God. See, men who reject this, they begin to worship things created by their own hand. Job says in chapter 37 that you ought to stop for a moment and consider all of God's works.

Will you try to do that one of these nights? Just go out and begin to meditate on the works of His hand. Oh, we have a Bible, thank God. But look at the heavens.

Look at the universe. It says in Deuteronomy 4 and 19, unless thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven and when thou seest the sun, the moon, the stars, even all the hosts of heaven should has been driven to worship them and serve them which the Lord thy God hath divided unto all the nations under the heaven. God has given us these things.

We don't worship them. We don't stand in awe of them. Saints of God, right now with all of this UFO craze and fanaticism, there's something coming behind this.

But don't you get it wrong. You know the planets. I'm not there going, is there some strange mystery? Is something going to get revealed that damages the Bible? No, I worship the creator.

I'm not in fear of those things. I'm going, wow, my God created every planet and He said there's only one planet He created for man. Second thing, when did God create the angels and all of the unseen parts? You're going to see where all of this fits in, in the weeks ahead.

When did God create angels and all of the unseen spiritual powers of heaven? You say, do you believe in intelligent life? Yes. Do you believe there's unseen powers? Yes, I do. Apart from God? Yes.

Do you believe they have extraordinary powers? Yes. Do you believe they can speak to you and drop thoughts in your mind? Yes. Do you believe they could move at great speed? Yes.

Do you believe they have power? Yes. Do you believe they've got a purpose and a plan and they're trying to communicate with the earth? Yes. We're going to look into all of this so you have clear biblical answers.

When did God create angels? We've gone through Genesis 1. It never once mentions the creation of angels or seraphims or cherubims. Not once. In fact, our Bible isn't explicit in telling us when Lucifer was created or the angels.

We're not given a clear answer. But listen, first of all, I want you to see angels are created beings. They did get created.

And guess what? They got created by God. And guess what? They got created in Genesis chapter 1. Everything was created then. Colossians 1.16, for by him were all things created that are in heaven and in the earth, visible and invisible.

Whether they be thrones, dominions, or principalities, or powers, all were created by him and for him. I want you to see this. There's nothing invisible.

Don't be scared of invisible things. God created all invisible things and visible, every kind of power. And guess what? It was for him.

In the beginning, he created them for him. All things were created. So Lucifer, his fallen angels, and good elect angels, all of them were originally created by God.

When? Before Genesis 1, were they created before? Was there some fall of the angelic beings way before Genesis 1, way before the six days? That's impossible. They are created beings. They are created by God, for God, and they're created in the same wake, the same six days as everything else.

It also says in Colossians 2 and 15, having spoiled principalities and powers. What are these principalities and powers? He made a show of them openly, trampling over them in it. So, when it says that he created all things invisible, principalities, powers, dominions, thrones, what's he talking about? He's talking about created beings.

When he says that he spoiled principalities and powers on the cross, there's powers and principalities that were destroyed at the cross. Their power was taken away. Their power was defeated.

What are these powers and principalities? He's speaking about demons, or fallen angels, or hosts of heaven. And so, here's the Scripture that talks about the principalities and powers, these invisible powers. They are defeated by the cross when Jesus Christ died.

We also read Ephesians 6 and 12, for we, Christians, the church, wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Notice with me, there are invisible powers and principalities that were created in Genesis 1, defeated at the cross, and today, they fight against the church. They actually, there are invisible powers who are in a warfare against the church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

That's why we need the armor of God. See, I believe that the Scripture does show us that the angels were created. Listen, Ezekiel 28, 15, speaking about Lucifer, thou was perfect in thy ways from the day that thou was created till iniquity was found in thee.

Lucifer, the devil, in Ezekiel 28, we can see he was created perfect. God created him perfect. He was beautiful.

He was majestic. But it talks about the day that thou was created. Since that day of creation for Lucifer was in Genesis chapter 1 within the period of the six days.

See, when did God create him? In Genesis chapter 1, not before it, not after it. You know how I know it wasn't after? Because he was there in the garden with Adam and Eve. And the Bible talks about that very clearly.

In Genesis 3 and 1, it talks, now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field. You have Lucifer, the devil, the fallen one, fallen. He's already fallen, already sinned, already rebelled against God.

So look, he had to be created before Genesis chapter 3. In Revelation 12 and 9, it says, that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, talking about the serpent in Genesis chapter 3, that serpent, the devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world. He was cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Listen to this next powerful verse.

I'm talking about the creation of the angels. Not going to deal with their fall yet or their sin yet. I'm talking about the creation of perfect angels.

All angels were created perfect. All angels were created sinless. All angels, when they were created, there was no sin in them, no defilement, no deception, no hatred, no anger, no seduction, none of that.

They didn't attack man. You know what? When they were created originally, it was for God. So we're still asking, when were they created? What day were they created? Was it day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, day 5, or day 6? It has to be one of those.

That's your options. Which day were they created? In Job 38 and 4, it says this, where was thou? Oh, remember this conversation? Remember Job had lost his 10 children? Remember he'd suffered boils? Behind the scene, there was one called the devil, Satan, that was going talking to God, who gathered with the sons of God. On the day that the sons of God presented themselves to God, here comes the devil.

And Lord says, where have you been today? Have you noticed my servant Job? Devil says, you let me touch him and he'll curse you and die. Let me touch his children, take his 10 children. Okay.

Let me touch his body and put boils on his body and he'll curse you. Okay. But don't kill him.

Do you see the spiritual warfare? These are powers. These are real powers. But listen, when Job got into his trial, way into his trial, guess what? He was a perfect man, a man who feared God, a man who walked with God, a righteous man, no one like him in the entire earth, the entire earth.

And God had to draw the devil's focus onto him. It wasn't the devil. It was God saying, have you noticed him? Why don't you look at my servant? God knew what he was doing.

You may wonder what's God doing with me. I'm telling you, God's in control. He's the creator.

And the devil is a created being. He's a tool. He's an evil, wicked emissary, but God won't let that happen to you.

Nothing will be out of his hand. I know what I'm talking about. I do know what I'm talking about.

So then this is what God says to Job. Here's Job. He begins to accuse God.

Where are you? Why'd you lie this? Why is all this going on? That's my summary. Here's what God says. Where was I when I laid the foundations of the earth? Not just tidied it all up and made beautiful mountains and seas, but the foundations, the very basic foundations of the earth.

When was that? What day was that? Was that day three or day two or day one? Which day was that? Day one. God created the foundations of the earth, and it was in day one. You know, the Bible in Genesis 1 and 1, it talks about the heaven and the earth.

But you know, it talks about this foundations of the earth elsewhere in Psalm 102, Psalm 104, Hebrews chapter one. It keeps talking about that day when God laid or created the foundations of the earth. And so he says to Job, where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? When I began to create this entire earth, where were you? You're trying to tell me I don't know what I'm doing.

You begin to accuse me and challenge me and speak to me in this way. Don't you realize you weren't there when I created the earth? And then he goes on. Declare if thou hast understanding, who has laid the measures thereof if thou knowest, or who has stretched the line upon it? In other words, measured all of my creation.

He then says in verse six, whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? See the foundations of the earth, what did I fasten it onto? What did I tie it to? See, we're so used to all of our information technology. We know the earth, they can't even understand. Why does it stay where it's staying? Oh, well, gravity, like what Brother Souf shared on Sunday, just they can't understand it.

Well, gravity, but what do you mean? Why does it stay there? Why does everything stay in its place? Well, it just does. Well, they go into scientific explanations. You know what the Lord is saying to Job? What did I fasten the earth to, to make it stay there? It doesn't reel off.

What did I do? He's shown the greatness of creation, or who laid the cornerstone thereof. Listen, when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy, he said, when I laid the foundation of the earth, the morning stars were singing, the sons of God were shouting. These are the angels of God.

These are two names. Remember Job chapter one, Job chapter two, when the sons of God were gathered, this is Job. And now he's speaking to Job and saying, don't you know when I laid the foundation of the earth, the morning stars were there, and the sons of God were there.

The sons of God were there rejoicing. The morning stars were there singing together. They joined together.

You know, there's a time before any angelic being had fallen, and they're there as the foundation of the earth is created, and they're all rejoicing and singing. It doesn't say there's any rebellion. It says they're rejoicing over God's creation.

Saints of God, this is the first day. This is the creation of the powers and the principalities when they were glad to see the creation. It didn't happen at a later stage.

When did Adam and Eve sin? How long were they in the garden? Don't have time to go into this. We need to finish. Very short time.

You know how I know that? Between chapter two and chapter three, how long were they there? Was it a year? I don't think so. Was it 10 years, 100 years? Definitely not. Do you realize they're in the garden together in a certain condition, and they have no children until the fall, until they're deceived, until they rebel against God.

That's a short time they're in the garden, a brief time. Guess what? Satan is the covering cherub in heaven for a short time. I don't know what day he sinned and rebelled, but he was created day one.

I actually believe that the angels, the powers, the principality were created day one along with the heavens and the earth at the same time, at the beginning. All those unseen powers are there created, and they're watching on a creation. Let me finish on this third point, why there cannot be aliens living on distant planets.

It's very frustrating because I feel like I should spend about 10 weeks on what I just preached here tonight, but I'm going to close, and then we're going to get into this. Do you see the importance of why we had to deal with this? You need to see the grandeur. Why did God create the heavens? God created the heavens and the planets and the suns and all the stars.

How far? For man, so that man has light, so that man has a order of years and timekeeping, so that it displays the glory of God the creator to every single soul, whoever lives on the earth. This is the reason all the planets and stars are created for man. The earth is the center of God's plan.

It is this crowning of creation, man standing there, created in the image of God, created to worship God and fellowship with God and to serve God. It's at the heart of creation, and then you've got all the angelic beings created looking on at it. You ask me, is there intelligent force on other planets? Is there intelligent life forms? Are UFOs coming from other planets? No.

Do you know what? About two years ago, three years ago, I binged for a couple of days on UFO information. I binged on it. I do that all the time.

I don't tell you. I wouldn't advise you to do it, but I just stop and go. See, I know what's coming.

This doesn't surprise me. I've been waiting for it for about 20 years. Christians, preachers, all three years have known this is coming.

Guess what? They're ready to give an answer. They know what the Bible says. Billy Graham got it wrong.

You can't evangelize aliens. You can't give them the ABC of the gospel. You can't lead them to Jesus Christ.

There's no aliens on other planets, but there is intelligent life form in our universe and very localized on this earth. There are intelligent beings, and we're going to look at this, what the Bible says. This third point, why there cannot be aliens living on distant planets.

Number one, because of God's creation purpose. In all that we've seen, Isaiah 45, 18, he created the earth alone to be inhabited. God had a plan, a purpose.

All that we've said, that's the number one thing. The creation purpose, the purpose of why God created the planets. He didn't create them for aliens.

There is no other life form. There's nothing that's going to surprise us out there. There's nothing that they're going to reveal.

Guess what? When I was that information, do you know what they kept saying? All these unusual, recorded appearances of UFOs, they're not coming from space. Do you know how all our life we hear about them, life coming from outer space? They don't believe that anymore. They say, all these vessels that move at great speeds, outrun all of our technology and disappear.

Guess where they come from? The oceans. Not space, the oceans. They've got all their evidence is saying it comes from the oceans, not from distant planets.

That's an old theory. Now they go, it's on this planet. Guess what? They're going further.

Now all these UFO crackpots, they're actually saying, it's actually a parallel universe, which we cannot see. They're not out there somewhere, they're here, but you can't see them. Not me saying this, they're saying this.

But look at the first thing. This planet was created for man. Second of all, the uniqueness of man.

Man is utterly unique. He has created Genesis 127 in the image of God. He is utterly unique.

The third reason, the universal impact of the fall. When Adam sinned, all of creation fell. Sin came in.

On this planet, thorns and thistles began to grow. Do you realize what the Bible says? All have sinned. All of creation come under the curse.

All the animal world come under the curse. Every animal dies. Not one animal died.

Not one dinosaur died before Genesis 1. Not one. There was no other sort of pre-Adamic race. There's nothing.

After the fall, animals begin to die. They begin to eat each other. They never done that before.

Saints of God, when you begin to realize the universal fall, every created thing has fallen. Everything. Everything created in Genesis 1 is a part of the fall.

When man sinned, he made everything fall. This affects the stars, the planets, and our sun. Adam sinned.

Listen to this. Adam's one sin in obeying his wife. Listen to his wife.

Taken of the fruit. Disobeying God has affected our sun, and one day it's going to burn up. The moon is going to burn up.

The galaxy is going to burn up. The entire universe is going to burn up, and God's going to create a new heaven and a new earth. The universal fall shows to me there's no aliens.

All have sinned. All have rebelled. The fourth thing is the scope of redemption.

The Bible is clear. For God so loved the world, this world, our world, our mankind, that he sent his only begotten son to die on the cross. We're told time and time again in the Bible that Jesus took on the form of a man.

Not an alien, not a creature, but of humanity. Man is unique. Don't tell me there's other intelligent life forms living on other planets.

There is not. There is intelligent life, but not on far distant planets. And I'm telling you, when Jesus Christ died on the cross, God so loved the world of man, human men, that he came and died on the cross for your sins, for your sins.

Again, another point, angels are the only other created beings. See, the Bible tells us about other beings outside of humanity, beings that can speak, beings that will get put in hell. Animals won't get put in hell.

Dogs, cows, spiders, venomous snakes aren't going to get put in the lake of fire. Angels are. Angels are the only other created beings outside of man that are going to go to hell.

And guess what? It was created for them, not for you, not for I. It was created for them. There are very powerful, intelligent beings that actually are under the curse of God. All of creation is affected by the fall.

And you know what? One day they'll get judged by God himself. And then lastly, there's going to be a new heaven and a new earth. Don't tell me there's a planet out there with people unaffected by the fall or affected by the fall who need evangelized.

Don't tell me Jesus didn't die for them. He only died for Adam's race. He didn't die for any other people.

He didn't die for the angels. Can angels be redeemed? Can Lucifer be forgiven? Can a fallen angel of great power that stood in the presence of God, who rebelled, can they be forgiven of their sin? Absolutely not. They cannot be redeemed.

So don't tell me, oh, green man, alien, supernatural, intelligent creatures from another planet can be saved. And so saints, I want to keep this simple. I hope it's not too complicated.

But my message here tonight, is there intelligent life on another planet? Are we going to get shocked? See, they're opening the door on something now that's supernatural, powerful, and they're playing their hand. They've played a long time for this. You need to know what we're dealing with and what's happening.

And I'm going to give you some of the facts. I'm going to give you some of the details. Don't get fascinated by this.

Just know what you're dealing with and what we're dealing with. Let's pray. Father, we love you.

We thank you, God, for the word of God. Father, for your universe, the greatness of this universe. You've created all the planets, all the beauty, all of the design, all of the order.

Lord God, all the movement of all the constellations. Lord God, all of these things you have created for us, for lights, for beauty, for enjoyment, for blessing. Lord God, to help us in our day-to-day life.

And Father, we stand in awe of you. What is man that you should even look upon us? What is man that you actually visit us and draw near and come near and care about our lives? When we look at the greatness of the universe, we realize your plan. And Lord God, I pray that no one would fear things unseen, that we would have no fear of the invisible or of the enemy.

But oh God, our faith would be in you. In Jesus' mighty name.
