Well just pray before I read the word of God. Father we thank thee again for the Savior of men and bless thee for the testimonies and the gospel and pray that I'll remember every soul here that before this meetings over and before we leave tonight that someone at least one or more will have entered into life through faith in Christ. We ask it in the name of our Lord Jesus.

Amen. I want to read in the Gospel of John please. The Gospel of John verse chapter 5 verse 24.

John's Gospel chapter 5 and verse number 24. Verily verily I say unto you he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but has passed from death unto life. Verily verily I say unto you the hour is coming and now is when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God and they that hear shall live.

That's all I want to read and trust God will bless his word. I want to think tonight about the voice of the Son of God. It must have been a tremendous thing to walk with the Lord Jesus and to listen to him and to listen to his voice, the voice of the Son of God.

It was the voice that was heard on creation's morning when the Lord said let there be light and there was light. Light became. It's a voice of power, the voice of majesty, the voice of authority.

It's an eternal voice, it's the voice of the living God, the voice of the Son of God. You have heard it tonight as each one of these men before me has stood up here and read the Word of God before you. They've read the words of the Lord Jesus.

They've read he that believeth hath everlasting life. You've heard it over and over and over again, the voice of the Son of God. I want you to listen to it again.

He that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but has passed from death unto life, the voice of the Son of God. You know the Lord Jesus, he spoke to crowds at times. He spoke to the multitude and then he fed them, the five thousand with five loaves and two small fishes.

He fed to those, he spoke to those on the mountainside and we call it the mount, the sermon on the mount and he spoke to multitudes again and again and again but I want you to think with me about the voice of the Lord Jesus, the voice of the Son of God to the crowd. For you see if we were to read further on in this chapter, John chapter 5, we would see there that that day the Lord Jesus, he spoke to the Jews, that multitude of Jewish people that were there, that crowd that were there that day and he said this, ye will not come to me that you might have life. Oh there was another day when he stood and I believe with open arms and he said come on to me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.

He called to the crowd that day and the crowd listened to the voice of the Son of God and yet they refused him and he stood this day in John chapter 5 and he said ye will not come to me that you might have life. I want to say this to everyone in this building tonight, no one was ever chosen for salvation. There's no such thing as election to salvation.

I say this to you, God is on your side. God would have all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Every single soul in this building without Christ can be saved and God would save you for there's a salvation that has been provided by the living Son of God and he died at Calvary that every single soul might be saved.

He gave himself a ransom for all. God our Savior would have all men to be saved. All humanity tonight is an object of the love of God and I say this to the crowd that's listening tonight, will you come to Christ for salvation? Maybe the biggest hindrance to you tonight isn't sin, maybe it isn't the world, maybe it's just your stubborn will tonight for God will not save you against your will and it was the same of the crowd in his day.

The voice of the Son of God to the crowd, ye will not come to me that you might have life. He says search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life and they are they that testify of me but ye will not come to me that you might have life. The Jews they they read the scriptures, the Jews they revered the scriptures, the Jews they recorded the scriptures, the Jews they recited the scriptures but the Jews they rejected the scriptures because it pointed to Christ the Son of the Living God and he was not what they wanted and they would not come to him.

I want to ask everyone at this side will you come to Christ tonight? What about the girl at this side or the boy at this side or the man or the woman? What about those at the back tonight? I want to tell you this, now is the accepted time and now is the day of salvation and you can be saved before this meeting's over. You can be saved right now in the seat where you sit for this message is the very power of God unto salvation but it's only to them to believe. The same power that raised Christ from the dead.

We don't preach a dead Savior. We don't point you to the cross and say trust the work of Christ. We point you to the man on the throne and we tell you to trust Christ himself.

He said you will not come to me that you might have life. The voice of the Son of God to the crowd. The voice of the Son of God to the conscience.

If we would go to John's Gospel chapter 8 we would see there that there was a woman and she was taken in adultery. A wicked sinful woman and she was caught in the act of adultery. That wicked sin against her husband and yet those men that they that they brought her to the Lord Jesus and they said she should be stoned.

The Lord Jesus he stooped down and he wrote on the ground and we read that he said before that he said he that was without sin among you that I'm forced cast a stone at her and he stooped down and he wrote on the ground and it says in John chapter 8 and verse 9 and they that heard it being convicted by their own conscience they went out every one from the eldest even to the last. Oh soul the voice of the Son of God to the conscience as you listen to the gospel and the Bible tells us all of sin and come short of this of the glory of God as the Bible tells ye have sinned against the Lord and be sure your sin will find you out. As the Bible says the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life.

As the Bible said it is appointed on the man once to die but after this the judgment and the voice of the Son of God reaches your conscience tonight with power and with a mighty eternal impact tonight. I wonder what you'll do with the voice of the Son of God. We go to John chapter 4 and we see there a woman and the Savior speaks to her and he speaks to her and he speaks to her and then he says go call thy husband.

The voice of the Son of God reaches her conscience. She says sir I have no husband and she's exposed in the presence of the Son of God. I want to say this to every one of you tonight in this meeting.

Whilst God loves you and Christ died to save you I want to tell you this God will judge you because of your sin and there is a judgment day and the judgment day is rolling on is rolling on is rolling on the judgment day is rolling on. Prepare to meet thy God. O sinner you will meet him and if you meet him in your sin he will damn your soul eternally.

He will judge you and cast you into the eternal lake of fire and tonight he would speak to your conscience and he would call you in his grace because God is on your side. How many times has your conscience been disturbed? How many times has your conscience been troubled? How many times have you been like like our brother Max there and you've been troubled about your soul and about your sin and about eternity and about the coming of the Lord and about these things my friend. How many times have you been disturbed and the voice of the Son of God has reached your conscience for that mighty power of his.

I say to you tonight respond and come to him for salvation. The voice of the Son of God to the crowd the voice of the Son of God to the conscience the voice of the Son of God to the cosmos or the world the universe. There's a day at the cross and that man Howard Carter when he did he said take away a stone and he put his head in and he shone a light.

There was a man standing beside him and this is what the man said to Howard Carter that day. He says what do you see? I want to take you to the cross tonight and I want you to think about a man who hangs in shame naked upon a tree. I want you to see his head and his hands and his feet and the precious blood that flowed at Calvary.

I want you to understand that he was wounded for our transgressions and he was bruised for our iniquities and the chastisement of our peace was upon him with his stripes were healed. Oh we like sheep had gone astray we had turned everyone to his own way and the Lord laid on him the iniquity of us all. I want you to look to the cross tonight and see one hanging on a tree and agonies and blood and they understand that this is the Son of God and they understand that there he is bearing sin but not his own suffering agonies unknown.

There he is the Son of God and he bears our sin in his own body on the tree and the living God strikes him again and again and again on account of sin and the Lord Jesus he hangs on and he bears it all at Calvary. He cries my God my God why hast thou forsaken me? And there he is suffering the substitute the Savior the Son of God the sacrifice for sin this man after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever he sat down at the right hand of God but before he did that so at Calvary I want to take you there and I want to ask you what do you see? Do you see your salvation? And I want you to listen to the voice of the Son of God to the cosmos for there's a cry around the very heavens and around the heavens and around right up to the very throne room of Almighty God and that cry it went right down to the caverns of the damned and that cry comes to us down through the centuries of time it has rolled down through the centuries of time and it has come to us tonight the voice of the Son of God to the cosmos. What is it? It is finished and so the work that saves is done once and forever done.

The Savior at Calvary having accomplished the work that God gave him to do having put away sin by the sacrifice of himself having done all that God demanded and satisfied God's righteous throne and his righteous demands he cried it is finished and many men and many women and many boys and girls during the centuries have latched on to it so they've heard the voice of the Son of God and they've taken it in that it was for me yes all for me. Oh love of God so great so free. Oh wondrous love I'll shout and sing he died for me my Lord the King they've understood it it's finished it's done and Christ has accomplished the work that saves and they've put their faith in the Son of God and they could say the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.

Oh so what about you tonight as I look into your face and maybe never preach to you again as you look at me and I look at you listen to the voice of the Son of God it is finished three crosses standing side by side a broken law sign two for their own transgressions died the middle one for mine the night I got saved so I didn't know it is finished I didn't have a Bible I didn't know one verse of Scripture it was an unsaved man took me to hear the gospel as I lay in my bed I started to think about Jesus Christ the Son of God upon a cross and I thought about that crown of thorns upon his head and then he yells through his hands and feet and I thought of the blood and the wounds of the Savior and the suffering of the Son of God and I asked myself the question Terry why was he there as I consider that I realized this he was there for my sin he was there for me and as I thought about my sin I turned to the place where my sin was taking me and I started to think about hell and the judgment of God and what it'd be like to be in hell eternally to be there forever and ever and ever and never to come back anymore to go out into the darkness and into the flames of eternal wrath forever as I thought about that I was afraid to die in my sin they turned again to the cross and what did I see I just saw this so it is finished I took it in the work was done and what he did he did for me and there on my knees I trusted Jesus and the saving power and I was washed in the blood of the Lamb can I ask you tonight in this meeting do you need anything else so do you need anything more if you do there's nothing else you'll never be in heaven you'll never be saved he'll be lost eternally the voice of the Son of God to the crew the voice of the Son of God to the conscience the voice of the Son of God to the cosmos the voice of the Son of God to the Christian every Christian here can take it home and every Christian here revels in it and every Christian here delighted that do you say tell me it. What is it? If I go away, if I go away, I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am there you may be also. The voice of the Son of God to the Christian.

Oh thank God tonight we're traveling home to heaven above. Oh will you go son? Will you go to sing the Savior's dying love? Will you go? Will you go? Oh could I hear some sinner say? I will go, I will go. From Christ I can no longer stay.

I will go, I will go. My old companions fare you well. I will not go with you to hell.

I mean with Jesus Christ to dwell. I will go, I will go. The voice of the Son of God to the Christian.

Every child of God here with all your sorrows and your tears and your burdens and your heartaches and your disappointments. Look up! The Son of God is coming and he's gonna burst the blue and call us home. We're gonna see the man who hung in shame and died for us at Calvary.

We're gonna look into the face of the King and all his beauty. We're gonna see the wounds from whence they flew the blood. Soon we're gonna be gone.

Tell me, tell me this voice, are you gonna be there? We're waiting for Jesus. His promise is plain. His word's sure and steadfast.

He's coming again. A number less people will meet in the air. The Lord who redeemed them.

But will you be there? Let me ask to everyone in the middle here. Now will you be there? When we meet him in the air, will you be there? We've heard a little of the tribulation period. Read Revelation chapter 6 to chapter 18 and into 19 and read that dreadful record of those awful days of tribulation.

Oh soul, if you knew anything about it, you would flee to Christ tonight. The voice of the Son of God. Every Christian will be gone.

We believe in a pre-tribulation rapture. We believe that the Son of God is going to deliver us from the wrath that is coming. Thank God tonight.

The voice of the Son of God to the Christian. If I go away, I will come again and receive you unto myself. At where I am, there you may be also.

The voice of the Son of God to the condemned. If we go over to chapter 5 and verse 29, listen to what he says. He talks about two resurrections and he talks about a resurrection unto life, but then he talks about a resurrection unto damnation.

This is the voice of the Son of God to you if you're not saved tonight. If you believe not, you're condemned already. Even if you die, I will not hide you from the wrath of God and the judgment of God.

I tell you this soul, even if you die without Christ, you'll not escape as all seeing eye. For he'll call you out of the grave and he'll call you to stand before him and you'll look into the face of the Son of God and you'll hear his voice. Depart from me, ye cursed in the everlasting fire.

Tell me this, if you give it thought, the voice of the Son of God. Will you leave this building still in your sins on the way to hell? And all the time the voice of the Son of God calls to you. The hymn writer wrote these words.

I heard the voice of Jesus say, come on to me and rest. Lay down, I weary one, lay down thy head upon thy breast. I came to Jesus as I was, weary, worn and sad.

I found in him a resting place and he has made me glad. O soul tonight, listen to the voice of the Son of God again. Come on to me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Listen to what we read tonight. He that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they that hear it shall live.

That's those who are dead in trespasses and in sins. That's those who are in this building tonight, spiritually dead and separated from God. He calls you tonight with the voice of the Son of God.

Hear my word, believe in him. Oh, there's porn in the gospel. I shouldn't have to raise my voice.

I've said quietly to you again. Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me, hath those golden words sold for you tonight, hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. Would you like to be saved tonight? Respond to the voice of the Son of God.
