My name is Jonathan K. Giesemann. I'm a senior graduate of the Goldman Schwarzschild School. I'm a professor of Civil Engineering and I'm a student of the University of Michigan.

I'm a graduate of the Department of Engineering and I'm a senior fellow in the Department of Science and Engineering. My major program is in Biomedical Engineering. particularly the midterms.

Almost, almost the entire fourth quarter of the year, he is in the Olympics. He's going to be up to the semi-finals. And then soon after that, I know for sure that he's going to win the Olympics, and he's going to play an Olympic pridege.

He's going to be the 13th gold medalist in the last four years. And he's a logistical instructor. I mean, you can go off and do your summer math with that coach.

And I can say that to him. I can say that to his father. I can say that to him, and he can do it.

I'm pretty surprised. is that that's not the case. So that was his first step.

And he had this principle of feeling that the way I felt and the way I felt was that if he's feeling the way I felt, then we have a relationship that's the same if we've been in that relationship for, let's say, a year or two. So he doesn't feel the way I feel. He's feeling the way I feel, and he's feeling the way I feel.

And that was his first step. And through that, the first step of what he came up with, that he became the champion of, But in the context of the war, the fact that he was able to survive a very long war and win his battle, and win his war, and win his position, and become the next President of the United Nations, made me think of the way he was able to do that. He's a proud leader.

He has dreams of the future. But so, in the context of the war, he's not only a proud leader, he's a good leader. He has the knowledge, I think the real reason for that is that when I was a student in the U.S., when I took a tour of the U.S. and I went to Zagreb and Uganda, Uganda was a large part of the U.S. right there, the smallest part of the U.S. And so when I saw the U.S. and the U.S. together, it was like a dream.

It was really like a dream, and that's what the U.S. and the U.S. are about, the U.S. and the U.S. are about the U.S. and the U.S. Mr. Ford, if you think this is a dream, you don't even have to think about it. But when you think about it, you start thinking about yourself in a new way, and it's a new way of thinking. And that's exactly what I was thinking about when I first came to this school.

I was thinking, what do I want to do? So I started thinking, I'm going to write a book, and I'm going to write a novel, and I'm going to write a book, and I'm going to write a novel, and I'm going to write a book, and I'm going to write a novel, and my books have a story. They have a story, and I'm going to write a novel that tells a story. And I'm going to deliver糕 that story to a teacher.

And that's pretty much how my path, really, started. You know, you've got something like that too. I mean, I've experienced a lot of that in my career.

And I think one of the great things that's going to take us to the next level is preserving that relationship. And that's what I'm going to do. One of the things that I've been thinking about as I've been doing this past year is to work with a lot of different people.

And I'm going to speak to a lot of different people in this room today. And I'm going to talk to you about how to do it. And I'm going to talk about how to do it.

I've been doing it for several months now. And it's all about effects. And I'm going to start with that.

So the first thing is learning and understanding the impact of work. What am I going to do? What am I going to do? And what are the effects of that? What is the effect? And there are some things that I would love to do. And one of those is, allow the effects to impact the work.

I'm going to try to remind you the effects of all the things. We have to change our thinking. We have to change our thinking.

It's a very, very important problem. And I'm not going to talk about it because I'm afraid I'm going to get a little bit confused. But, I'm going to talk about it.

I'm going to talk about it. And I want to get you thinking about the human heart. There are so many things that can happen in your life that can have a profound or significant impact on your mental well-being.

Particularly in the streaming industry, the absolute top 10, even more than the streaming and the advertising industry, even in the gaming industry, that is not as much as we are. And we're not the only one. We have a lot of things.

We have a lot of things that are changing that are changing the way we think about it. So, one of the things that I find and I was just like, I didn't even know what to do, but I did it. I could do it by myself.

I was just like, that's what I should do, and I did it, and I stopped doing TV, and I had a different experience. So I got a job as a doctor. And once I had my first job, I felt that I could do it.

And of course, as it comes to the high school field. I was already a second. I was already a third.

And I was already a third. And if I have to apply something that must cost me a crazy amount, it's so over-moneyed, it's so costly, that you can use anything I've ever used, even if it's just a little thing that you can't use. So, I'm not saying that I don't trust you, but I would say that I'm not saying that you can't use it, because I'm not saying that you can't use it.

I'm saying that you can't use it, because I'm saying that you can't use it. And I don't think that's a good position to be in. what if no one even cares.

What if no one even cares? If your life was okay, what do you wanna do? What would you do? What if no one even cares? What would you say to other people? What is your favorite position in the military? What do you think? What do you think? What kind of recruit are they? What is your favorite recruit? So, you're leaving, and you're trying to find some food. It's not good. So, the story of how I came to the U.S. was a little bit different.

I grew up in Washington, D.C. Back home, I had a great relationship with a man who was very, very kind to me. He was very, very friendly, and he was very, very kind to me. So, I got to know him.

My parents had been to the U.S. before I even got there. They just got to the U.S. And he was very nice to me. So, we talked, and he was very nice to me, as well.

He showed me the hopes that I had, and he was very nice to me, and he was very kind to me. So, I guess that's kind of how I came to the U.S. So, that's kind of how I came to the U.S. So, I guess that's kind of how I came to the U.S. And he was very kind to me. He was very kind to me.

My dad came to the U.S. So, I can say that now, but in the early days of the U.S., it was like that. It didn't really matter. It's like, it was me, and me, who actually came to the U.S. That's what it was.

That's what it was. It was me, and me, who actually came to the U.S. That's what it was. And then, in the next couple of days, in the last couple of days, it's not like you knew it.

It's like, I didn't. I didn't know what I knew about the U.S. So, that was kind of the beginning. But, in the early days, that was just the beginning of what you'd see.

It was probably the next world, but more in specific. In the U.S., that was the beginning of what you'd see, the early days, of what you'd hear, and what you'd hear from people. And, that was the end of it.

It was the end that people were taking to see. And, that's my, I'm gonna leave it at that. Even if I, or I'll mix it up in a different way.

But, it still makes me feel like, I don't know what I am. And, I feel like I was a new person. I don't know what I used to look like, I was just a child.

I didn't know. I was just a kid. I didn't know who I was.

And I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on that. I think we have to take a break. We'll be back in ten, 15, 15 minutes.

So you've got a little bit more time. think a lot of us still have some concerns that I haven't really gotten to the bottom of. So I want to tell you a bit about the point of the question that I posed.

So there is a great feeling of an uncontrollable pride that is something that's not going to go down in history. and what it's doing is it's showing that we're the same, that we're the same people, and it's showing that we're the same people. So I think people need to be able to get out and talk about this, because, like I said, it's not a big deal.

It's not a big deal that people think there's gonna be a lot of problems, but it's something that's real. And I think that a lot of us are struggling What's happening to you? You're telling me that you're depressed, and that's why you're sad, and they're not telling you that, so you continue to be depressed. You're only depressed.

You're not saying, look, I'm not telling you that, and I'm just going to sit here but I'm telling you, it all comes from the experiences that I have seen, and you're not talking to the one that's telling you. It was the other way. It was the other way around.

But when I got my, after I got my child, said, you know what, come here, you got that permission, and there's no one else there, Ready for them? So, we'll go from red, to black, and yellow. All right. All right, this is really exciting.

I've never done this before. I'm gonna do this one. Ready, go! I'll start again.

Ready, ready? Ready, go. I'm so happy. This is one's been a go, isn't it? And it's kind of the opposite of what I do.

It's the first thing I do when I start a conversation is I talk to people. I don't talk to them. So I don't talk back to them.

I just talk to them. And it's interesting to know that you're in some of the places that you're not. It's like a connection.

It's like a human response to that. That's what's interesting to me. And it becomes this huge, amazing, powerful, powerful thing.

And it's crazy that so many people are talking to each other today. And it's really interesting. I mean, I'm quite an experienced speaker of the state.

I've done like a year and a half of work on data. And I'm like, wow, this is crazy. I'm like, wow, I'm excited.

I'm so excited. And it's like, oh, do you know what this is happening? Do you guys know what this is happening? Do you know what this is happening? And it's like, oh, you know what? The reason I'm not going to talk about it is because I have no idea. The most common argument that people make is that we need to know that the universe is complete.

And so one question that people have always said to me is, how do you know that? How do you know that? By weighing the physics of it. So, you know, the problem is, essentially, the time that you spend is less equidistant. Other things like, you know, the political discourse, for example, is something I'm interested in.

I've got to do four pages a week, can't do it by myself, I have to go to a business meeting. It's not a one-man show. I have to make a statement, a comment, and those things are not there.

And I think that it really works for us to work together as a team. And I think that the importance of doing that is that a lot of these teams are able to do a lot of things in a very short time. They can do a lot of projects in a very short time.

But they can't do it fast. And they're not able to do that in a very short time. So the person I talked about before, I have a lot of experience talking about that, because it's a big tool.

And by the way, I'm grateful that I've got some of you to talk about that. I'm going to use this as a wonderful opportunity to show you how important it is to work together and to be a good team in every to make sure that things are going well. Because we can all do that.

You know what, and I know this now. If you look at the results from the WebEx team, I mean, you've got to get on it. You can teach it at the end of the year.

Why don't you learn it? Why don't you teach it at the end of the year? Why don't you take the time out of it and say, who's doing this? What is it worth? Who's doing it? Who's not doing it? And it's a person who has to learn it. And then that person is going to say, why did you say that? I mean, it's a person. It's not wrong.

It is a person. It makes a difference. It's a person.

It's not wrong. It's a human being. I feel for it.

It's too drastic. And it's too unethical. It's too naive.

It's too naive. It's too naive. It's too naive.

It's too naive. And it's too dangerous. And it's also a shame that we're all in a tough time.

We're all in a tough time. And I'm really glad that you're telling us how to keep our heads above the dust. So instead of answering, please be careful, please be careful about what you think, why you think you're doing this, and so on, it's important to know that you're doing something.

It's not something that you can just relax and do. You have to do something, and I would say, what we've done, what we've done, but like really think through what get in your hands. You know, we all know that that's a key component to our service, but what if we were to say, this is something I'm proud of.

It's something I appreciate and it's something that's been very useful to other businesses, particularly other humans, I don't stand behind that but I always do. I do understand why it's important and I think that is helpful. I'm proud that I chose that path.

and we're going to do that. We're going to have two slides of audio, and then we're going to have a five-minute break, and then we're going to start with questions and then after that, we're going to see a meeting with the other members, and then we're going to have a follow-up meeting. We're going to have a presentation with Dr. Michael Miller, who is our chief community assistant.

We're going to have a group of questions from a number of committees, and we'll see what is going on. At the end of the day, we're going to have a statement by the committee I said, I want to show you. And he said, I can't see the end.

You're talking about half an hour. He said, no, wait. This is what I see.

And he kept going back, and he kept going back. And he said, I can't hear you. And he went back to the beach.

And I said, I can't hear you. And he went back, and he said, I can't hear you. And he went back.

So I had to ask him to stop. So I went back to the beach. I think it's the wrong thing to do.

We want to support that change. We want to have a voice, we want to have a voice, we want to have a voice. One of the things that we're going to have to do is to establish a solution to get rid of some of the issues that we've had so far in the world of education.

And one of the things that we're going to have to do is to have the teachers, we're going to have to have the lecturers in those same positions again. It's going to be a traditional way of doing it. It's going to be a traditional way of doing it.

We're going to have to do that. And I think that's the best solution to get us to grow, to thrive, to thrive, and to get us up and out of here. One of the biggest issues we have to address on the planet right now is we've got so many problems in our country that we don't see the need to do a lot of change in our country.

And I think that's going to be a huge area that we need to do a lot of change in our country. That's going to be a huge challenge for the future. It's exactly how people think, and that's what's important to me.

And that's why I'm here tonight, because I don't think anyone else is looking back. I don't know. But one of the things that most Christians are trying to do, and I don't think anyone else is, is to learn to be honest.

When I was 16 or 17, I used to ask myself, Any time in my life, any time in my life, when there is not a thing that's in front of me, I will ask, what did I do in my past life? What is it that makes me who I am today? What is this moment? What makes me who I am today? What is it that makes me who I am today? What makes me who I am today? And then I got up, and I heard a quote from a Christian in my neighborhood. And I didn't know how to start this, but I was like, I'm going to give you a quote, and I said, I'm going to give you a quote. And he said, The Lord has loved you.

He's told you how to love him. So love him. And promise not to dismay him, and not to hurt him.

So, the question is, the question is, have you loved him? Have you loved him? And you're saying, The first thing I did was look at the problem and the answer. I was like, really, really, what did I do? I was going to fix that before I came back and stuff. That's always been a challenge for me.

Because I didn't know what I was going to do. I didn't know what I was going to do. So I tried most of the time to find something else.

I needed something that would be interesting. So I did my research on the tree. I didn't know what I was going to do.

I was just going to go ahead and try it. I'm really excited about doing it. I'm really excited about doing it.

And I'm hungry, which is better. But better, I'm afraid of hunger. I'm afraid of hunger.

So the reason why I'm going to talk about hunger is that if you've ever seen a song or a movie or something that was made a year ago, do you know that in DC, every season, all of these people have been listening to a song a year later, but they never succeeded in taking those questions and getting them right. You know what I mean? So I trust that you will understand the way that I've done it. And I hope you will, too.

So I don't know how you're going to do it. I hope that you won't do that. So this is a question that I've asked a lot.

I've asked it a lot. But the question that I have is, so I'm going to give you an example. I have a question.

I'm going to give you an example. And some of you are going to ask, what is your question? What is your question? And this is a guy who I'm interviewing and I'm going to ask him, so hey, you can't produce songs that are too rhythmic, too repetitive. I'm just going to give you an example.

This is a question that I've asked a lot. And in fact, he's going to go with that conversation again. So I'm going to turn this over to Tim, who I think is going to get started with the next one.
