Greek pertaining to what is Greek In rendering this expression in REV 9:11 it is often necessary to say ‘in the language spoken by the Greeks’ or ‘in the Greek language.’ Ελληνικός as an adjective does not denote the Greek language as such, but in the feminine form the reference would be to γλῶσσα ‘language.’
