πλησμονή is best understood in malam partem repletion, satiety, in the difficult passage Col_2:23 ; see Lightfoot s note ad l. , and to his citations add Euripides Fr. 887 ἐν πλησμονῇ τοι Κύπρις , ἐν πεινῶντι δ᾽ οὔ . Cf. also Artem. p. 199 .18 πλησμονῆς ἢ ἐνδείας .
