For the prepositional phrase εἰς ὕστερον cf. P Lond 908 .32 (A.D. 139) (= III. p. 133) ὅσα ἐὰν εἰς ὕστερον μεταδῶ , P Oxy II. 237 viii. 40 (A.D. 186) εἴ τις γένοιτο ζήτησις εἰς ὕστερον , if any inquiry be made hereafter, and for ἐξ ὑστέρου cf. P Hib I. 52 .10 ( c. B.C. 245) ὅπως μηθὲν δι [ά ]πτωμα ἐξ ὑστέρου γίνη [ται , in order that there may be no subsequent loss (Edd.), P Oxy VIII. 1118 .12 (i/ii A.D.) ἐξ ὑστέρου , for the future.
