ἀδιάκριτος. OGIS τοορῦ fii/A.D.) οὐδὲ τοῦτο τὸ μέρος κατέλιπον ἀδιάκριτον. For the adv. see P Oxy IV. 7155 (a.p. 131) where a registration of property is certified with the words κ[αἸτακεχώ(ρικα) ἀδιακ(ρίτως ἢ). The editors translate 4. “jointly,” as = κοινῶς ἐξ ἴσου in 1. 7, but Wilcken (Archiv iv. p. 254) prefers ‘‘ohne Untersuchung ’’—a rendering which may help us in Jas 317.
