13 Bible Verses on Election

13 verses

According to Scripture, God's sovereign choice plays a significant role in the lives of believers. In John 15:16, Jesus teaches that He chose His disciples, and in Ephesians 1:4-5, Paul writes that God chose believers before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless. Romans 8:28-30 explains that those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, demonstrating His love and purpose for their lives. Additionally, Acts 13:48 notes that as many as were appointed to eternal life believed, highlighting the intersection of God's election and human faith.

For many are called, but few are chosen.”
