5 Bible Verses on Levels of Hell

5 verses

The Bible teaches that there are varying degrees of punishment for those who reject God, with the severity of judgment corresponding to the individual's knowledge and actions. In Luke 12:47-48, Jesus warns that those who knowingly disobey will face greater punishment than those who act in ignorance. The book of Revelation describes the ultimate fate of the wicked, with Revelation 21:8 and 20:10 indicating that the unrepentant will be cast into the lake of fire, while Matthew 10:15 suggests that some cities will face more severe judgment due to their rejection of God's messengers. Additionally, 2 Peter 2:4 notes that even angels who sinned were cast into hell, awaiting final judgment.
