6 Bible Verses on Liars

6 verses

Deception and dishonesty are condemned throughout Scripture, as they undermine trust and relationships. In 1 Corinthians, lying is listed among the sinful behaviors that exclude individuals from the kingdom of God. The apostle John warns that those who claim to know God but do not keep His commandments are liars, as seen in 1 John. The prophets, such as Hosea, also denounce deceitful actions, while Revelation urges believers to separate themselves from falsehood and its consequences.
