In the midst of life's challenges, God offers comfort and peace to those struggling with their mental well-being. The apostle Paul encourages believers to bring their anxieties to God in prayer, promising that His peace will guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:6-7). Peter reminds us that we can cast our cares upon God, who cares for us (1 Peter 5:7), while Isaiah and Jesus offer reassurances of God's presence and peace, even in times of fear and uncertainty (Isaiah 41:10, John 14:27). Through His Word, God gives us the gift of a sound mind, empowering us to trust in His goodness and love (2 Timothy 1:7).

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. And we know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think on these things.
We tear down arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
