In God's presence, believers find fulfillment and contentment that surpasses worldly desires. As expressed in Psalms, delighting in the Lord and trusting in His goodness lead to a deep satisfaction that quenches the soul's thirst, with the righteous declaring "my heart shall be satisfied" (Psalms 17:15, 22:26). Jesus teaches that He is the bread of life, and those who come to Him will never hunger or thirst (John 6:35). The prophet Isaiah also promises that God will satisfy the needs of those who serve and obey Him, guiding them continually (Isaiah 58:11).
