Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus Christ has achieved a decisive victory over sin and death, securing triumph for all believers. As seen in 2 Corinthians 2:14, God leads believers in His triumphal procession, spreading the fragrance of knowledge about Him. The apostle Paul writes in Romans 5:1-6 that this triumph brings joy and peace, even in the midst of suffering, while 1 Peter 2:9 declares that believers are a chosen people, called to proclaim the praises of God. Ultimately, Colossians 2:15 and Ephesians 1:7 reveal that Jesus' triumph on the cross has disarmed all powers of darkness, redeeming believers and giving them victory in Him.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us triumphantly as captives in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of Him.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us. But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace
Until now you have not asked for anything in My name. Ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be complete.
