15 Bible Verses on Why God Created Man

15 verses

According to Scripture, humanity was created to bring glory to God and to have a special relationship with Him. In Genesis 1:26-27, God forms man in His own image, indicating a unique and intimate connection. Isaiah 43:7 and 43:21 reveal that God created humans for His own glory, to worship and serve Him, and to proclaim His praise. As Ephesians 2:10 explains, believers are also created in Christ Jesus to do good works, demonstrating God's plan to bring glory to Himself through humanity. This purpose is reflected in God's desire for a loving and obedient relationship with His creation.
