Saints wilt thou turne?] To finde a parallel for thy self, that any living Saint was ever so afflicted.

Job 5:2

wrath] Impatience in man; or wrath in God.

To set up] This might serve as an encouragement to Job.

yea in seven] From many, yea from all troubles. There are in the words following seven troubles reckoned up.

Job 5:24

thou shalt know] Now Promises of Blessings do follow; a comfortable state, and numerous posterity, a long life, and happy death.
