Onely to the family] Israelites might marry wives of other Tribes, so that they were not inheritrixes of Land, Num. XXXVI. Yea, of other Nations if they were Proselytes; and not of those Nations which God expressely devoted to destruction, Deut. VII. 3. and XXI. 10, —13.
