2 Chronicles 11:21-22 — Comments - Abijah, the son of Maachah, Rehoboam’s favourite wife, did in fact become the next king in 2 Chronicles 13:1. 2 Chronicles 13:1, “Now in the eighteenth year of king Jeroboam began Abijah to reign over Judah.”
