Job 34

Everett

Job 34:1-37

Job 34:3 For the ear trieth words, as the mouth tasteth meat. Job 34:3 — Comments - Keith Moore says that the voice of man’s spirit is his conscience, and the voice of man’s soul, or mind, is his ability to reason, and the voice of man’s physical body is his five senses of hearing, seeing smelling, touching and tasting. We see in Job 34:3 a reference to man’s sense of reasoning in the phrase “the ear trieth words,” and we see a reference to man’s physical senses in the phrase “the mouth tasteth meat."[25] [25] Keith Moore, interviewed by Kenneth Copeland, Believer’s Voice of Victory (Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Fort Worth, Texas), on Trinity Broadcasting Network (Santa Ana, California), television program.
