Psalms 28

PAT

Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. And let me admonish thee, whosoever thou art, that shalt hereafter fall into any such straits, to learn, by my example, not to be impatient, nor despond presently, much less despair of relief, if the Lord do not send it just when thou expectest it: but wait upon him still with a steadfast hope, and fortify thyself with a strong faith in him. Let not thy heart fail thee in the greatest danger; but, as I said, wait upon the Lord, and confidently expect that in his good time he will relieve thee.
