1Then the LORD said to Moses,
“And the Lord spake unto Moses saying,”
“And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,”
“And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,”
“And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,”
“And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,”
2"Speak to the Israelites and tell them: I am the LORD your God.
“Speak unto the children of Israel and say unto them, I am the Lord your God.”
“speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, I am the Lord your God.”
“Speak unto the children of Israel and say unto them, I am the Lord your God.”
“speak to the children of Israel say to them I am the Lord your God”
3You must not follow the practices of the land of Egypt, where you used to live, and you must not follow the practices of the land of Canaan, into which I am bringing you. You must not walk in their customs.
“according to the doings of the land of Egypt where you dwelt you're not to do according to the doings of the land of Canaan where I am bringing you you shall not do. Nor shall you walk in their ordinances.”
4You are to practice My judgments and keep My statutes by walking in them. I am the LORD your God.
“you shall observe my judgments and keep my ordinances to walk in them. I am the Lord your God.”
“You are to perform my judgments and keep my statutes, to live in accord with them. I am the Lord your God.”
“You shall observe my judgments and keep my ordinances and walk in them. I am the Lord your God.”
5Keep My statutes and My judgments, for the man who does these things will live by them. I am the LORD.
“You shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, which if a man does, he shall live by them, I am the Lord.”
“ye shall therefore keep my statues and my judgments, which if a man do, he shall live in them and underline I am the Lord.”
“So shall you keep my statutes and my judgments by which a man may live if he does them I am the Lord.”

20You must not lie carnally with your neighbor's wife and thus defile yourself with her.
“Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor's wife. To defile thyself with her.”
21You must not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the LORD.
“And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Moloch, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God, I am the Lord.”
22You must not lie with a man as with a woman; that is an abomination.
“Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is abomination.”
“you shall not lie with a male as with a woman, it is an abomination.”
“you shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
“Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is an abomination.”
“You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
“Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is abomination.”
23You must not lie carnally with any animal, thus defiling yourself with it; a woman must not stand before an animal to mate with it; that is a perversion.
“Nor shall you mate with any animal to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It is perversion.”
“shalt not lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith. Neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto. It is confusion.”
24Do not defile yourselves by any of these practices, for by all these things the nations I am driving out before you have defiled themselves.
“Do not defile yourself with any of these things for by all these the nations are defiled which I am casting out before you.”
“defile not yourselves in any of these things. For in all these things the nations are defiled which I cast out from before you.”
25Even the land has become defiled, so I am punishing it for its sin, and the land will vomit out its inhabitants.
“the land is defiled. Therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it and the land itself vomited out her inhabitants.”
“The land is defiled, therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it. And the land itself vomits out her inhabitants.”
“And the land is defiled. Therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land vomits out her inhabitants.”
26But you are to keep My statutes and ordinances, and you must not commit any of these abominations—neither your native-born nor the foreigner who lives among you.

27For the men who were in the land before you committed all these abominations, and the land has become defiled.
“For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled.”
“for all these abominations have the men of the land done which were before you and the land is defiled.”
“For all these abominations have the men of the land done that were before you, and the land is defiled.”
28So if you defile the land, it will vomit you out as it spewed out the nations before you.

29Therefore anyone who commits any of these abominations must be cut off from among his people.
“For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.”
30You must keep My charge not to practice any of the abominable customs that were practiced before you, so that you do not defile yourselves by them. I am the LORD your God."
