In a curious temple-oath of B.C. 110, Chrest. I. 110A .21 , provision is made that if one of two contracting parties takes the oath, it shall fall to the other ἐκτείνειν . . . τῷ κοινω̣̑ οἴνου κε (ράμιον ) ᾱ παραχρῆμα , cf. .25 .
