breathe, blow : see the imprecatory tablet Wόnsch AF 3 .16 , found in the grave of an official of Imperial times in the neighbourhood of Carthage, στρέβλωσον ( strain tight ) αὐτῶν τὴν ψυχὴν καὶ τὴν καρδίαν ἵνα μὴ [π ]νέωσιν . With Act_9:1 , cf. Herodas VIII. 58 τὰ δεινὰ πνεῦσαι (and see Headlam s note p. 392).
