The Glorified Christ

10 sermons

The Glorified Christ refers to the exalted state of Jesus Christ after his resurrection and ascension, where he is seated at the right hand of God the Father (Hebrews 1:3, Psalms 110:1). In this glorified state, Christ intercedes on behalf of believers and exercises his divine power to transform and redeem them (Romans 8:34). As the glorified Christ, he is the radiant and glorious King of kings, who will one day return to earth in power and great glory (Revelation 1:7), and his glorification serves as a guarantee of the future glorification of all believers. Through his glorification, Christ has become the ultimate source of hope and inspiration for Christians, who look forward to sharing in his glory and living in his presence forever (1 John 3:2).
