The book of Ecclesiastes encourages young people to remember their Creator and follow God's ways, warning them to be mindful of their actions and their impact on their future (Ecclesiastes 11:9, 12:1). The prophet Jeremiah's call to ministry as a young man, as recorded in Jeremiah 1:4-8, demonstrates God's ability to use anyone, regardless of age, for His purposes. According to 1 Timothy 4:12, young believers are to set an example for others in their speech, conduct, and faith, and Psalms 119:9 reminds them that following God's Word is essential for living a pure and upright life.

Let no one despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (which is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life on the earth.” Fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath; instead, bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Then our sons will be like plants nurtured in their youth, our daughters like corner pillars carved to adorn a palace.
Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen.
