Jeremiah 40:1-16

Conclusion: Sooner or later God’s true prophets will be justified before the persecutors, and they will be made sensible that their sin is the cause of all their misery. (God in His wrath still remembers mercy and admits a remnant upon a further trial of their obedience.)
