Conclusion: The greatest ease to an afflicted spirit is to unburden itself by a humble representation of its griefs before God, who has invited His children to cast all their burdens upon Him, promising to sustain them.

Striking Facts: Psalms 102:25; Psalms 102:26. The application of these verses to Christ (Hebrews 1:10-12) shows that the Psalm has a reference to the days of the Messiah. The Son of God made the worlds (John 1:1-3; Colossians 1:16) yet for our sakes He became a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief.
