Daily Cheer for All the Year

Leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps.—I PETER ii, 21.

Who went about doing good.—ACTS x, 38.

The best reformer is the man whose eyes Are quick to see all beauty and all worth, And by his own discreet, well-ordered life, Alone reproves the erring.

On the sea there is a wide diffused lustre, but on the dewdrop a serene, clear brightness.
