Having A Desire To Please God

You that we have a place where we can come Or where Your presence dwells and you're pleased to meet with us Pray that we wouldn't grieve your Holy Spirit We wouldn't quench the spirit through the reason of men Lord you continue to work among us and lead us and guide us to fulfill the purpose and call of God for each family for each person in Jesus name A lot of times we You know, we go up to the the treatment center there and People have a testimony that you know, I know God loves me He's been with me all along. He's been with me all along And then you hear the stories of how many of them almost died or had overdose or near-death experience or Went through hard things and and God did miracles for them But quite often we make deals with God that's the way I was in my younger years I say if you just do this for me get me out of this jam, then I'll do this and that for you and We're always making deals with God. But you know, what I find is we don't keep our deals with God But he keeps his deals with us And you know, I say well when did you when did you meet Christ so I've always known Christ he's always been with me Brother sister, that's not the end goal He wants to be in you He said to the disciples he said i'm with you And I will be in you He said it's better that I go And the brothers didn't understand it They didn't understand it when Jesus said I have to go to my father now You know after I fulfilled the purpose and call on my life I have to go to the father now What was the purpose and call of his life It summed up in this to do his father's will While Jesus was on the earth he was 100 completely subject to the authority of his father's will He never did something on his own We were reading with the kids the other day about the centurion who had a servant who was sick And the moment he said my servant is sick You know, can you heal him? Or are you willing and he said I will go with you the father told him to go with him But then he said no to Jesus can you imagine saying no to Jesus and still getting an answer to your prayer He said no to Jesus He said no Jesus i'm not worthy that you should come to my house There was a man by the name of Zacchaeus He wanted to get a look at Jesus and he was a short guy A little bit like my son David a short guy But he had a lot of zeal and so he climbed up a sycamore tree to get up a little higher So he could get a look at Jesus You know, it took faith to do that Jesus saw the man's faith that he was willing to get a little higher in his own Effort and zeal to see Jesus you say oh that's Zacchaeus has had a works gospel You know what god Looks at the heart And he sees if we're willing to do what it takes To draw near to god It says if we draw near to god He'll draw near to us That's not works my friend Well, you say well, what does that look like? Well, you get up in the morning and make it a priority to seek the lord You say well, that's works gospel.

No, that's a relationship You know, you don't get to know someone you say oh I want to get married. I met some girl on the internet bang No, you got to spend some time with that person and find out if this person's heart is united with your heart If this person's goals are united with your goals Is this person's faith a genuine and united with my faith? How else can we walk together with christ unless we are in agreement with him Unless i'm finding myself fighting with him you say well fighting with jesus. Yes fighting with jesus His word says something and you say well, you know what? I don't agree with that Because someone with a theology degree told me something different And I believe him because he has 10 years of University and jesus we know that You're like your fisherman friends uneducated and untrained And so we respect what theologian, dr.

So-and-so says over what your word says And you know what we have to be very careful with these kind of things Because you know what you might walk with jesus, but you might just keep at arm's length because you're not willing to hear what he says You say well, I love my lord You know sean had a brother that lived with him come home drunk And sean would say hey you've been drinking I smell alcohol in your breath. Yeah, i've been drinking but you know what i'm eternally secure And you know what? Don't question my love for my lord Don't question my love for my lord, but the word of god says If you love me You'll keep my word And the word of god says that no drunkards shall inherit the kingdom of god It doesn't matter how many times you pray to prayer No matter how many times you went to church doesn't matter whether you read your devotions in the morning at noon and at night If you're walking in rebellion to what god's word says and you say, you know what jesus? I'm keeping you at arm's length. I love you, but I only love you from a distance Well, he might be with you and he might be trying to lead you and guide you And get your heart to turn back to him and whatever means he uses He's never going to be in you Because the holy spirit the dove You know when when jesus went to get baptized And he said john said this isn't right and he said let it be so for now he said it needs to be this way and he said i'm gonna be baptized by you and he said just Just be obedient to it and he baptized jesus when jesus came out of the water It says the spirit descended upon him Like a dove not a dove but like a dove descended and rested upon jesus the holy spirit Yeah is Kind of the dove has a kind of nature like the holy spirit it will not put its feet on a dead corpse The the dove will not put its feet on a dead corpse not like an eagle or a vulture You know where the where the dead body is.

That's where the eagles and the vultures gather Sometimes we say oh, this is a good thing, you know in israel You know, jesus must be coming because the buzzard eggs are just multiplying now, you know time's getting close. It's a deception You know the eagle will put his feet on a dead carcass no problem But the dove won't do it in the same way. The holy spirit will never Descend and rest upon someone who is dead in trespasses and sins So we can ask for the holy spirit all we want, but if we've not repented and drawn near to god if we've not Ascended into the hill of the lord You know, what does it mean to ascend into the hill of the lord? That means to get closer to god because he dwells in the high and lofty place And he dwells with him who is humble and who is contrary and trembles at his word And so if we're humble and we're contrary we're trembling at the word.

It says who may ascend into the hill of the lord Psalm 24 verse 3 and who may stand in his holy place to speak his words He who has clean hands Are your hands clean Have you been doing shady deals You know, have you been sinning with your hands doing stuff? You shouldn't do The lord sees If you want to get closer to god, then there are certain requirements On our part that can happen that will cause us to become closer to god What is a new testament scripture that tells us? To cleanse our hands is in james 4 Right says if we want to Get away from our cheating on god our double-mindedness and our adulteries toward god where we love love our lord But we still love our sin like romans 7 people And what does the scripture say we need to cleanse our hands you sinners How do you cleanse your hands? You know what you can wash your hands say you got someone around covid or some other sickness And you get in there to sink with the soap and lie and you just wash wash wash And you scrub your whole body from tip to toe. You still get to get that covet Just like sin doesn't matter how much you wash the outer man for whatever reason the heart will be attracted to it It'll latch on to you So there has to be an inner washing an inner cleansing of the an inner working So when he says cleanse your hands you sinners he's not talking about washing outwardly He's talking about repentance That's how we cleanse our hands Say lord Are my hands clean? Did you know that the lord desires everywhere that men not only men but women and children also Lift up holy hands to the lord without anger because anger will defile you and without doubting unbelief will defile you Lift up holy hands, you know little children when they have a need Abby They have no problem asking for help and we also If you want to approach the lord you want to draw near the lord you want to ascend into the hill of the lord You need clean hands He's going to lift us up And repent Say lord, we've we've walked on unholy ground done things that we're ashamed of And lord, please grant me repentance and change my heart so I don't defile myself again with the same sins of my youth You know Remember not the sins of my youth nor my rebellious ways We've all done rebellious things in our past and to have a humble heart to acknowledge those things to god and sometimes to others And not to be ashamed of where you came from Because it's a good reminder so we don't go back there You know, we don't have to give an appearance to people That we're something better than we are We need to be genuine because god sees us as hypocrites The hypocrite doesn't get the grace. He's proud The humble get the grace even if they still have problems To be honest with the lord cleanse my hands lord What's the next one? Who may ascend into the hill of the lord he who has clean hands and a pure heart To have a pure heart before god there was a man in the old testament who fell into sin But when god found him as a youth He had a pure heart When the lord found nathaniel And he passed by the tree.

He said here is a man in whom is no guile He had a pure heart He was careful with his thought life he was careful with the things that he did he desired to please god david Was a man after god's own heart. God had a pure heart. He's pure And david had a pure heart He desired to please god That's why god chose him to be king over israel But after you have a pure heart you can become defiled if you allow Thoughts to rattle around in your head your hands can become defiled like david's did committed murder and adultery Well, some of you saw on the hillside chat I put the Martin luther quote on there if you believe enough if you believe in christ enough You can commit a thousand murders and as many adulteries in a day and your salvation will not be in peril Well david did those things both of them Did he believe enough? Was he believing enough when he committed those things He was not And that's why the presence of god withdrew himself from him And he said lord don't take your holy spirit from me creating me a clean heart Renew a Right spirit.

He had his spirit had become wrong. His spirit had become corrupted. His spirit had become defiled But Because he had a pure heart in his youth god remembered him And he granted him repentance Repentance is not a given.

It's a gift You know, I used to think as a youth i'm living like a devil now And if I have like 15 seconds if I get hit by a car before I die, i'll just repent And then i'm going to be good It's a deception my friend God looks at the heart God grants repentance It's not on your terms. It's on his terms David prayed created me a clean heart of god Renew a right spirit from me God was so far from him when he was in that state He said cast me not away from thy presence lord. Don't take your holy spirit from me The loneliest place is not when your friends forsake you It's when you walk away from god and god is a million miles away You say well god will never leave you nor forsake you no you walked away You went up to the roof You looked down and saw things that you should have been looking at and you took decisions that you shouldn't have been taken You walked away like the prodigal son god never left you chose And you know what? He doesn't make us robots He's given us a life to choose and when jesus was on the earth.

He was not a robot He chose to do the will of his father And we have to choose to do what god's word says that's why it's important to take heed to the teachings To take heed to the doctrines the doctrines are what we believe about christ About life about the ways in which we should live David began repenting. It was a psalm of repentance He said if you do these things for me he said and you grant me repentance then I will teach sinners your ways That's when you become useful again to god after you've received repentance Sinners will be turned back to you That's really the purpose and call of god on every one of our life is to be a witness of christ wherever we are In whatever measure in whatever way that people could see jesus through you You don't have to feel like you're missing out god opens doors and he'll lead and guide you But you have to be willing and if you're willing to do it in the lowest places He'll take you to other places and he'll make you servant to all Who may ascend into the hill of the lord who may stand in his holy place he who has clean hands And a pure heart it says in james also cleanse your hands you sinners and purify your hearts you double-minded That's how you get an impure heart You have a double-minded heart So with with my mind I want to serve the law of god, but you know what in my flesh I want to serve sin That's a double-minded man What can a double-minded man who's not stable in his walk? He he does well here, but he's falling into sin there He does well here. He's falling into sin there.

What can he expect from the lord? nothing You have no confidence You can keep telling yourself how much you love yourself you can keep telling yourself all this other jargon But until you get a clean conscience before god Right. It says what is the goal? Love from a pure heart from a good conscience and from sincere unhypocritical faith That's the goal And if that's the goal for every day To say, you know what give me love for people today and love for you To obey you if I obey you i'll have love for others To have a good conscience. Did you know what? You might have 10 things in your pocket that you were willing to give god including money and whatever else But he wants the one thing that you won't give him That's what he wants.

He's not 10 things. You're willing to give him. He wants the one thing you won't give him See i'll give you everything but I just won't give you my desire for a wife.

I won't give you that And then he says listen if you don't love me more than that I want to bless you. But if you don't love me more than that I can't help you I surrender all whatever it is that's holding you back God tested abraham with the blessing that he gave him and he said abraham. Do you love me more than these? I promised you descendants as the stars in the heaven and as the sand of the seashore But do you love me more than these? Because way back he said surely blessing i'll bless you and multiplying i'll multiply he says how you're gonna bless me.

I don't even have a son What are you gonna give me? I don't even have a son So the lord gave him a son He gave him a son and then later He asked him to give him back And it came in the process of time That when he heard the voice he knew it was god because he came to know the voice He rose up early in the morning and he went through with god And at that point when he was ready to thrust the knife into him and offer him to god back to god who gave him to him God stopped him and said now I know you fear me The fear of the lord Is the key to loving him more than father mother wife children your own life also A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways We don't want to be double-minded with the mind We serve the law of god, but with the flesh the law of sin And so we have these kind of thoughts and then we try to reason our thoughts and try to make them align with god's thoughts And then we hang on to some things that we're not prepared to surrender to the lord and we justify them You wonder why we're stuck we're not moving forward spiritually Is because he's waiting for you to come to the end of self and say you know what? Even if I have to walk with a limp i'll give it to you Purify your hearts you double my mind and lament Weep and how That's what repentance is when you come to a place where you realize how could I have done these things lord? I've sinned against heaven against you the very one who's given me life without you Like i'm i'm undone Let your laughter be turned to sorrow your gladness to gloom Humble yourself in the sight of the lord so he can lift you up a lot of times In my old past I would be hurting because of my sin. I would be suffering And then you know, I would kind of laugh it off You know make a joke about it or whatever to try to keep it from getting too serious But we have to say you know what? It's not a joking matter. It's a time not to laugh it off But to confront it for what it is and find repentance Deep repentance for the things that we've done When we fall or if we fall Come to the advocate to christ Who may ascend into the hill of the lord he who has clean hands Who may stand in his holy place? He has clean hands a pure heart Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol He's not lifted up his soul to an idol What is an idol anything you love you're not willing to let go of for christ Well, i've just got to have this man I know he's not saved but I just have to have him and I don't care God's gonna work a miracle for me and he's gonna get saved and you just go through No, it's an idol Well, I just need this woman.

I I know I know she's not right with the lord, but you know what? I'm, i'm just gonna believe for the best I know the word says I shouldn't be an equal yoke, but i'm just gonna go through with what you know i'm, just gonna believe whatever and no Well, I know my children are wayward and everything else like That one man there that priest eli I know my sons aren't right, but you know, they're priests and everything and i'll i'll tell them, you know sons what you're doing It's not good, but I won't discipline them I won't deal with it It doesn't look like that you gotta love god more than your sons God tests us in these things at many many different times in your lifetime Because he has to stay lord He has to hold first rank To love the lord our god with all of our hearts soul mind and strength An idol can be the love of money as idolatry can just love the world and the things in the world and our lord He says you adulterous and adulterous friendship with the world is hatred toward god If you want to be a friend of the world and you want to love god, you become really an enemy of god And we can deceive ourselves thinking we'll be the first one to love god and money We don't realize we love money until somebody puts their finger on it And it costs us money and then all of a sudden we realize we're losing money. We're losing money. We're losing money and we're so disturbed about it I'm speaking for myself at times it can happen When you say god what's going on and the lord is showing you i'm touching your calf I'm touching your calf And you're not happy with me right now But I love you enough to show you something not right It's like going to the doctor and he starts pressing you say you're not been feeling well, he starts pressing and ow, ow, ow Don't do that.

That's very painful Well, i'm i'm diagnosing what the problem is. We need to know how severe it is When he puts his finger on sin Becomes very uncomfortable And we have two choices We can leave the doctor's office and say you know what i'm just going to believe it's going to work itself out Or we're going to take it seriously and we're going to do what's necessary to deal with the problem When he puts his finger on sin You can ignore it and say you know what god will sort it out Or you can deal with it and you can say thank you lord for showing it to me and you can make those changes That are necessary So that you become a man with clean hands and a pure heart A man who surrenders all idols To the lordship of jesus christ god gives us all things richly to enjoy But he'll not share his glory with another An idol isn't just something you put on your mantle or that you bow down to it's where your heart is That's where your treasure is You wake up in the morning First thing you got to do is check your stocks That's where your heart is That's where your treasure is Wake up in the morning first thing you got to do Go for a vape or take your gum get your pills in you That's where your faith is Your faith is in those things and christ and you know We want to come to a place where the lord convicts us and shows us That we don't want to put our hope and our faith in these things We want to put our hope in god There's three things and i'll finish with these Faith hope and love Three things A lot of people say they have faith Until they go through a test and begin to realize that they don't have faith at all It's not saving faith They say they believe in god and then all of a sudden you touch their calf and they hate you And then you begin to realize they're not full of love they don't have genuine faith They don't believe god can do something here And it severs the relationship It wasn't genuine faith because two people can't walk together unless they're in agreement What kind of faith do we need faith that endures trials Faith that is more precious than gold which perishes in the fire Has your faith been seasoned? You know, we talk about the word of god being like the sword You can have the word of god and as soon as you use it the thing can snap Because it hasn't been forged in the fire it hasn't been hardened Has the word of god become a part of you? You're just slinging scriptures and it has no effect when you go out there and preach the word. There's no effect It's not in the volume It's not in the emotion of it It's in the weight that's behind it Is god backing that word When you speak it are you speaking the oracles of god are you speaking the logos brother aline shared about that I don't know.

It's the way I listen to that No, we want to speak the ramah Because all scripture is given by inspiration of god and is useful for edification for teaching for doctrine for exhortation But right now there's a word that need we need to hear that is speaking to our situation And we need the holy spirit to quicken that word to us To give us strength in our faith to strengthen us in our faith So we can keep going We need the holy spirit to help us Faith there's something greater than faith when you have genuine faith. It's hope Abraham hoped for what he didn't see He had hope that If he slayed his son god would raise him to life again Because god can't lie It was impossible for god to lie and god said in isaac your seed shall be blessed And so you have to trust god that your faith will translate into something greater than faith hope and hope is not Well, I hope god will help me That's not hope my friends Hope is greater than faith abraham hoped For a city Which he could not see with his natural eyes, which has foundations The city of the living god the heavenly jesus. He saw it in his spirit Whose builder and maker is god he hoped for that city God told him, you know this land i'm going to give you He walked around in that land living in tents And god told him he showed him 400 years from now We're going to bring your descendants back here I'm going to give them this land.

They're going to inherit it your descendants are going to have the land Such an impossibility, but abraham believed god He believed god and he hoped for what he didn't see Because he kept going Faith and hope work together We have hope as an anchor for our souls You know when you you're drifting around and the waves of this life are trying to toss you And you don't want to be double-minded. You want to trust the lord in the midst of uncertain times We have this hope as an anchor for our souls and so it doesn't matter how turbulent it is over here We know that the anchor holds my friend Hope is an anchor that holds It translates our faith translates and has legs and becomes hope So it doesn't matter what's going on we can say though satan doth buffet though trials doth come I have this blessed assurance It is well with my soul And you can go through hard things knowing that god is with you That god is for you And we don't know why but we know that he's working all these things together for my good and your good Because you love god Who are called according to his purpose And the greatest of these Is love You know god gave gifts to men We have need of gifts. I was reading this morning in timothy I thought maybe i'd share something out of there, but I haven't got there But maybe i'll share this point That timothy received the gifting through the laying on of the hands of the eldership and he said let no one despise your youth And that gift that god gives us or the multitude of gifts because paul talks about the gifts that he had to be an apostle a preacher And a teacher to the gentiles he gives gifts to men to equip us to share the good news the gospel with people with power by the spirit But that is only for the season of this life When this life is over over gifting cease Fruit remains The giftings Are there To edify the body to edify the church to encourage us to keep going because sometimes we feel like getting by the wayside and just Maybe invest in other areas that seem to be more fruitful You know, I thought for a time a number of years ago I was investing so much in the church.

I decided to just back off go fish and invest in the family I'm, just going to invest in the family went fishing. We spoke into their lives. We did this we did that but you know what? That wasn't what the holy spirit was leading me to do And I went fish and that had an impact on my life And in the end all the investment I put into my children one day It all backfired on me Because god is able to keep them God is able to hold them in his hands if we're obedient to what god says, but if I have another way worked out I can hold on to them with both hands I'm not going to save one of them.

It's only by the grace of god that he keeps them That's why when we do a dedication we have a stewardship and responsibility but we give them to him You know going through difficult things this last little while with our son david and Trusting that he who began a good work in him is able to complete it That we now need to invest more in prayer Because we've done a lot of saying and now we need to do more praying That god is able to intervene. He's able to work. He's able to guide and direct He's able to bring a dream in the night.

He's able to bring the fear of the lord. He's able to bring convictions He's able to bring people across his path to trust them to let go and let god takes faith takes a lot of hope And ultimately love To let go And believe that god is able to do it To put him back into his hands to put your eyes upon the altar Leave it to god Love is not an emotion. It's a character It is who we become because we love god We know How much love we have by how we love the people around us how Our heart is burdened for the people around us brother zach you shared It become evident that you have a burden for the lost You have a burden for the lost because you have a love for god It's not because you're a good guy or you have a special gift No God's heart I read it this morning His desire is that none should perish That all should come to repentance You know, he's angry with the wicked every day and his heart is grieved For the people who are perishing because of lack of knowledge And when we have that kind of a burden indignation Pain grief when we see people who are passing through this life perishing You share the heart of god Because god is in us God is love and he loves his creation And he doesn't want to see them destroy themselves But come to him but it says how will they hear without a preacher? So Praise god for those who are willing to speak the word of life to people who are on the way And you know what? We can do that in different ways But if you're a coward Or you're into yourself Or you're all about me and mine.

I like brother. Zach says he said like the difference Between the cats and the dogs and many christians Is not much because the cats take care of their own the dogs take care of their own we are taking care of our own But we don't have an interest to take care of others. We don't have a heart for that Because we're so consumed with taking care of our own God says if we don't take care of our own we deny the faith or worse than unbelievers, but there's more grace To not only care about our own interests and our own people, but also the interests of others You know when we first had our first child and second child we thought man this is just Crazy like we're just swamped with this but then you know what there was compensating grace for a third And a fourth and to lead a church And to help brothers and to have people come in our home and to make meals for them and to have them stay for night And to have families come in and stay with us for a week Because they had need There's compensating grace because there's an endless supply in the ocean of god's love We just need to tap into the source As a branch cannot do it on itself unless it abides in the vine.

There is an abundant supply of grace and the love of god If you'll allow yourself to go into that place To spend and be spent because you love god The love of god I said is a character Love is patient We're going through trials to learn patience Because what happens is you have somebody comes and they have a stumble and they're going through things and finally You know what? We got our own problems. You know what get out of here, buddy You figure it out. You're not serious This can't happen You have like one shot And if you handle people in a way that is not right I'm not talking about saying the tough things i'm talking about becoming impatient with them becoming frustrated with people Becoming frustrated with our children, you know, we have more shots with them but relationships get strained May the lord help us Love is patient.

Love is kind Does not envy we can't envy one another one person got a raise. I didn't get one one person has a better Has a house. I never I don't have one one person got a wife.

I haven't got one yet One person has a kid. I don't have one Is not jealous is not boastful We have to be careful that our we don't boast in our blessings Is not proud Thinking better of ourselves even in our hearts When we think about others and the decisions they're taking it's good to look into a mirror The perfect law of liberty and say you know what lord I got enough of my own things I just need to pray for my brother. You need to pray for my sister.

You pray for my children Does not envy it does not boast is not proud is not self-seeking, you know what brothers sisters we have so much self-seeking including myself You know, we have we're willing to do so much. But you know what? What about me? What about my interests what about what I want what about the purpose and call god for my life It has to align with god's will God has to bring it to pass if it's the lord's will will do this or that And the end of that thing and i'll finish here faith hope and love these three Prophecies will cease tongues will cease all these things will pass away But when All the fire comes to it He gathers the wheat into the garner Sifts everything that is carnal everything that is worldly and even the gifts the things that are spiritual That have no more use in this life Only what is of the character of christ in your life. That is all that we have to present before him And it's a work of his grace and his doing Gather the wheat into the garner And through that love and patience and kindness, is there any souls That you poured into that you planted that you watered.

Is there any increase? What's the increase? Out of your life, is there an increase in your life your children your neighbors strangers You know, I was reading this morning about widows Don't include the widows who are under 60 in the number and only those Widows who have washed the saints feet Who have opened up their homes and had people in? who have been generous and who have done this and who have done that and who have shared and Who have laid their lives down in service? Include those ones and it's convicting because you say well This is the character not just of widows. This is to be all of our character Is that your character to open your home to strangers We think we're so spiritual, but we would never open our home to strangers Because we reason the thing through and say well more bad could happen than good But you know what it says don't neglect to do these things for unknowingly we can entertain angels To have a heart To share what god has blessed you with To open your heart to that that's how we grow spiritually, maybe we haven't done it yet, but you know what? It's not the end of the story We have but we ask for more lord. I need more grace.

I need a heart of compassion for the loss. I need a burden for strangers You know and sometimes we can go through seasons where we have it and then we go through seasons where we become selfish right Like when you're single you care about the things of the lord Now you're seeking a wife and now all of a sudden you're distracted And you don't have the same passion that you have well Get get yourself your wife, but don't lose the fire Keep the lord first Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness and if the two don't agree then you gotta ask the lord some questions Is this your will for for my life this person? this relationship Your wife or your husband should be your best friend in the lord It's not like oh, she plays soccer and I play soccer. It's a match That's demonic No, this person loves the lord And I love the lord And I can open my heart and I can share my my stuff with her or him in the lord We are friends Before we are companions If we can't be friends in the lord before we're companions we have the order wrong The relationship is based on lust Not on love we can call it love But love is patient I tell my son that all the time I say well, I'm in love No, I says it's lust and I know it's lost because love is patient And you're grabbing what's not yours right now You're trying to grab it in case so you don't lose it But you know what even what you seem to have will be taken from you Because you're not trusting in god.

You got the order wrong Trust in the lord Wait on the lord. That's when you're going to rise up with wings as eagles That's when you're going to get into the spirit and ascend the hill of the lord if you have clean hands You'll stand in his holy place. You'll be a witness where you are when you make the lord your trust Not things in relationships where you don't respect the proud And such as speak lies we have to just ask the lord to forgive us for our lying Some people just lie flat out and sometimes you know what we lie We're hypocrites We pretend to be doing better than we are God says liar I've done it.

I've been preaching and I would say something and then the holy spirit would say liar Because the lord is with truth He said I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the father but by me put away lying Put away uncleanness put away unthankfulness And that's a big one Josh sent me a song yesterday. I missed it for some reason But you know what we listened to it and it really brings us back to Not what we don't have Not what we're missing out on But thank you lord what you've done in my life Reflecting on the goodness of god Keep that mindset that god has been good to us It doesn't matter what we're going through now we still have to reflect on where would we be without the lord And we can give thanks a thousand times over Just bless you guys it's good to be back home.
