μετάλημψις , as read by WH in 1Ti_4:3 (for the intruded μ see s.v. λαμβάνω ) is found in the sense of concurrence in the marriage-contract P Oxy X. 1273 .39 (A.D. 260) οὐ προσδεόμενος τῆς τοῦ ἑτέρου μεταλήμψεως οὐδε̣, ἑτέρας εὐδοκήσεως , without requiring the concurrence of the other side or any further consent (Edd.); cf. ib. IX. 1200 .36 (A.D. 266).
