But if I drive out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
The Law and the Prophets were proclaimed until John. Since that time, the gospel of the kingdom of God is being preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.

So Pilate questioned Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?" "You have said so," Jesus replied.

For when David had served God's purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep. His body was buried with his fathers and saw decay. But the One whom God raised from the dead did not see decay.
This is the record of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham:
While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, He asked, "How can the scribes say that the Christ is the Son of David? Speaking by the Holy Spirit, David himself declared: 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand until I put Your enemies under Your feet."' David himself calls Him 'Lord.' So how can He be David's son?" And the large crowd listened to Him with delight.
While the Pharisees were assembled, Jesus questioned them: "What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is He?" "David's," they answered. Jesus said to them, "How then does David in the Spirit call Him 'Lord'? For he says: 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand until I put Your enemies under Your feet."' So if David calls Him 'Lord,' how can He be David's son?"
Then Jesus declared, "How can it be said that the Christ is the Son of David? For David himself says in the book of Psalms: 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."' Thus David calls Him 'Lord.' So how can He be David's son?"
Brothers, I can tell you with confidence that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that He would place one of his descendants on his throne. Foreseeing this, David spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did His body see decay. God has raised this Jesus to life, to which we are all witnesses. Exalted, then, to the right hand of God, He has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. For David did not ascend into heaven, but he himself says: 'The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."' Therefore let all Israel know with certainty that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ!"
After removing Saul, He raised up David as their king and testified about him: 'I have found David son of Jesse a man after My own heart; he will carry out My will in its entirety.' From the descendants of this man, God has brought to Israel the Savior Jesus, as He promised.

Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed to open the scroll and its seven seals."

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
And to the one who overcomes and continues in My work until the end, I will give authority over the nations. He will rule them with an iron scepter and shatter them like pottery —just as I have received authority from My Father.
To the one who overcomes, I will grant the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign upon the earth."
