TEVnCOMMENTS: Although it is possible that copyists who knew of the several Old Testament covenants changed the singular to the plural, it is more likely that copyists changed the plural to the singular either because the other items in the series are singular, or because they felt that only the Mosaic covenant belonged to the Jews.
