ransom = covering. Hebrew. kopher.
the poor, &c.: i.e. poor [becometh he that] heeded not rebuke.
Proverbs 13:9
the righteous = righteous ones.
lamp . . . put out. May mean that his family or line will become extinct.
the wicked = lawless ones.
Proverbs 13:10
