35 min read · Chapter 12 of 20

GOD AND MAN This category helps us to understand the characteristics of God as revealed through the way He questions man. The dialogue between God and Job is a template on God’s relationship with us, highlighting his loving motives in dealing with us. At a deeper level, it reassures us that despite Satan’s challenges, He (God) is firmly in control of all events in this universe and beyond. He allows the events that help us to grow into all the best He has designed us to be. The more we understand the mind of God towards man, the more we can worship Him without reservation.
